    Well, French Literature needs to be translated all over the world. To reach global readers it needs translation. And it should start from old neglected ones. People only know La Miserable, Alexander Dumas, Moliere, Satre, Simon De. B, Victor Hugo, Voltaire, Montaigne. French philosophy should be translated more. Merci

      Much of French literature written in the last 60-70 years has been of Mediocre quality at best. Hence the reason why the anglo-saxons dominate the literal space, due to the fact that british people are far more gifted at telling stories than French people. That's a fact.

    That’s an incredible short video about the book industry in France, as a French new learner, I know more about the reading culture of France. Hope more videos about this will be taking soon. Well, the English countries are good at advertising their books, however the books may not be that inspiring of those of French/other nation’s.
