Using a Samsung Smartwatch on an iPhone - (get an Apple Watch instead)

When I switched to an iPhone from my Android devices, one of my biggest concerns revolved around the integration of my Google and Samsung ecosystems. The watch I use, a Samsung Gear S3 Frontier, has been a staple in my everyday outfits for the past 4 years. And transitioning to the iPhone with a split ecosystem has had some unique quirks per say, especially with this device.

How are you adapting to iPhone's gestures (no universal back gesture to be more precise) and keyboard (which seems more limited than G-board or Samsung's)? I am also thinking of switching to iPhone when 15 comes out, basically because of Apple's ecosystem (Mac OS user here).
