The message states that this number has been seized by the New Mexico police department for what it deems "nefarious activities" in the Liminal Land Park. It asks to forward any messages to the PD, before slowly being drowned out by signal noise, transitioning to a male voice breathing slowly and repeating several times what I think is saying "Why are you still here? Y-You (two?) should go."

Some of these missing person portraits are pretty unsettling! Especially Sherry Travis really gives me shivers down my spine, especially after staring at the portrait for a long time! But it was unsettling in a good way.

Came into the comments to say exactly this. The "look" of the first picture even has the same vibe as the Joanna Lopez picture with the not-quite-recognizable background. I actually went to the original to see if it was the Lopez picture with someone else Photoshopped over Joanna. It's not, but they got real close. If they'd messed with "Margaret's" contrast a bit, they could have gotten the weird "lack of distinguishing features" perfect, too.
As we see on the website, the picture of the bull is a statue of MOLOCH, which is a symbol of child sacrifice, which is interesting because of the employee letter relating to children screaming. We also see the park itself trying to lure the adults away from children, perhaps to kill the children.
Will be really interesting if this goes down any kind of supernatural route or is entirely grounded in reality. So far it looks like the latter, which makes me even more excited to see if we can already work out the conclusion and answers - but we just don’t know it yet.
So far it almost seems too obvious, the park being a sort of front for child sacrifice to Moloch in the underground areas, the missing adults apparently being those who learned the secret and were disposed of, Charon ferrying the lost souls of the dead into Hell, but with the sci fi elements of the energy source, the hazmat suits , there must be a LOT more bubbling under the surface!!!
