Hi! I love your tutorials!! Can I ask you a question? I must be doing something wrong. paper is 81/2 x11. On the 81/2 side, I score at 1" and at 7 1/2 inch. This gives me a center of 61/2 inches, not 6 inches. So when I cut the 2nd piece of paper I am 1/2 inch too short. Should that 2nd piece of paper be 61/2 x5? I do have a TBI and sometimes and just don't get, but how is my math wrong? Where did I mess up? Please help me!!!
You are right. I mis-spoke in my voice over. My template guide is correct but when I was recording the video I said the wrong measurements. The second piece needs to be 6 1/2 x 5 inches
Thank you!!! More importantly, thank you for responding!!! I never EVER ask questions to be mean; my brain works a little off because of the TBI. Thank you for answering; it really means a lot. So now I CAN make that envelope. I probably need the book.....
Jenny, thank you so very much! I made my first 5.5 inch card and don’t want to purchase a purchase a batch of 25 or 50 premade envelopes! Plus, I can make it the color I want!
I make envelopes myself and I always attach another piece at the bottom of the envelope because it looks much nicer than if you attach on the top. It means one piece of the paper is for front and closure and the other is for the back of the envelope.
The book includes only regular envelopes. Although, I make cards with dimensions and embellishments and foam and all of the envelopes are designed to the layers on your cards 😃 I hope this helps!
The new book is the update. The only repeats in the book are the A2, A7, Slimline. Everything else in the book is new so it was not north separating them into individual downloads.
Hi Jenny I was following the instructions, but the measurements aren't working. I had to zoom in to see the correct measurments. Maybe redo with a voice over for future viewers😊 @@JennyCardDesigns
I was disappointed that you gave the wrong measurement verbally in your video-I was following and doing as you SAID and it was wrong. Please correct the voiceover for future users.

Hi, does this book include directions for dimensional envelopes or for flat cards only?

Jenny, what do I do to add your updated designs to my “first” addition book? Is only the updated information available?

I asked about the cost in US funds and only got a smiley face. 🥺

If you use a 12" x 12" sheet of paper you dont need to add the extra piece
