I love that on the Sony logo, everything goes crazy, but at the end, on the Playstation Logo, it goes as normal.
yeah... pretty normal to me...
I trough the same =*_*=
It's probably because it's the beginning of the tape where the playing VCR adjusts the tracking (producing unstable image), which then gets recorded onto the copied tape. With each copy this issue is compounded. By the time the tape gets to the Playstation logo the tracking is adjusted so the issue isn't as pronounced anymore.
VHS quality according to analog horror:
when you find the old VHS tape you recorded of your PS1 game play, stored in the attic from 28 years ago and it's tape has been slightly melted from long periods of humidity exposure.

ah yes very accurate due to generation loss dust or lint sometimes go into vhs tapes or scratches due to being put on the shelf this makes the tapes sounds change
I find it peculiar that the latter part with the PlayStation logo and the sound remained way more intact than the first half with Sony Computer Entertainment logo and sound.
Maybe it's because it's a dark color. You'll see, if you notice, on some older DVD devices, or devices with an already worn RCA input, when the image gets whiter or clearer, there's a little interference sound, whereas when the image goes dark, this noise disappears.
The speed was unstable to begin with in the first part, it got amplified 😅
ngl this hurts my head lol
on Gen8 the sound is going crazy because the VHS recorder can't adjust the tape speed fast enough to play it rightly at the beginning
That feeling when you play VHS tapes at 3am.. .
it seems that there is a party inside of the Sony and PlayStation logo 😂😂😂😂 0:39
Imagine this with Fearful Harmony...
1:54 rare footage from 1916
Wow ❤ that sounds ever better for some reason
This is awesome
We're going back to the 1920s with the 11th Generation loss!
2:51 rip playstation…
who remembers generation 1 or 2?
I'm not the most well versed with VHS but what is generation loss? It's intriguing to me!
as far as i know is when you copy a vhs to another it loses quality, and when you copy the copy it gets worse
yoo its the idiots laughing at mugshots guy
@@Luuckkaz thank you for the explanation!

STAGE 1 - 0:00 Moments before corruption. The console turns on as normal, but slight changes were made. 0:19 The console has damages and trouble starting, yet you denied the fact that nothing is wrong, but despair unravels.
STAGE 2 - 0:36 Decaying. The console is getting worse and noticeable glitches appears. The console seems bewildered and the mist is rolling in. 0:53 The console has severe damages brought in it. The static is heaver than the others and the colors are fading.
STAGE 3 - 1:13 Confusion tangles the codes and more errors appear. The console tries to fix the damages itself but in attempts of hope, it fails. The console is decaying.
STAGE 4 - 1:27 The console itself is breaking down. The code is fading into lost hope, as the screen is breaking.
STAGE 5 - 1:46 The console is near death, as the glitches spreading around the screen making it unrecognizable. The colors are nearly gone as some barely make it out. 2:02 The screen is now barely coming out, as more blue screens cover half of it and showing that the end is near. 2:19 The colors are gone, showing no remorse of help. The static is now worse than before. As the static nearly takes over, the blue screen appears more often. This is when time isolates in despair.
STAGE 6 - 2:35 The blue screen appears nearly every second. As most of the screen is pure static barely able to make it out. The end is near. 2:50 Is provided with no description, or at least is that what you think. The end, the blue screen is showing more. The static makes the start-up unknown. There is nothing but pure horror and terror as the static worsens. As the end, terminal lucidity. 2:58 Is the start when the codes come back one more time before shutting down, forever. The console has decayed. It is unplayable and will never turn on. And now it sits there, in the trash. Where no one knows where it will be, and where someone will find it.
END - 3:07
Dang this VHS tape wasn't really one of the best on the market, or maybe I guess it was his age which made the 1st generation already so bad.
There’s no way that I can find the VCR Panasonic and Samsung. Wish I could get one for my video
makes it better
Is The Generation Loss On The VHS Funny Or Weird, And Did You Use A VCR And VHS To Record This?

How Do You Even Make This Effect?
Copying a VHS tape to another VHS tape and then copying that VHS to the 1st one and doing it multiple times until the video is a mess.
What is the program you made this effect on?
Not in any way)
