Thank you so much. Peta. I’ve been following the face routines, all series, for 6 years and I know I would look like a different person if I didn’t. I’m almost 59. The earlier versions of this exercise involved only squinting. Seems like it just focused on the muscles above the nasolabial folds. This update is a bit more involved. I think I may have a harder time doing this.

This update is so helpful. Compared to the last video saying squint eyes to this video saying lift cheeks you can really focus on the muscle that is working🎉
Hi Peta. On my right cheek about an inch to the right of my nose, there is a dip in my skin. Facial exercises work temporarily. Do you have any thoughts on why it is and what will help? thanks so much, Peta.
I have been subscribed for a few years, but have never gotten around to practicing these exercises much. I would join your membership if there were live practice sessions, just because I know I would be much more likely to do them. Can anyone who is a member of faceareobics confirm that there are regular live practice sessions for members, I'd appreciate any feedback

when you follow the facerobics routines, just do the exercises as normal, but place your concentration to the side of your face that is uneven. This is all you need to do and do the exercises as normal. How many minutes or repetitions we have to do this exercise everday?I am 29 years old and I am seeing my cheeks suddenly sagging a bit and middle cheekline on right side of cheek.
Also peta,Can I do this exercise standalone and not all the series? As I am only 29 yrs old and the sagging is on the cheeks and midcheek line on right side?? Please rply! Thanks.
