Oh sure Hyacint... this hotel is so “Mrs. Bouque” like in every way. Trick people into thinking you’re posh but still beeing very ordinary instead. It has a nice dining room for “candlelight suppers”.
Fairmont (the company that owns the Savoy) is a Canadian company, but it's actually owned by Accor (which also owns a bunch of other luxury brands such as Sofitel and Swissotel).
1:35 if that's a Stentorgate indicator, the F is a fault with the serial data. My indicator which is the exact same as this one also does this when I wire it wrong or send invalid data to it.
The lift at the travelodge in Kingston (the building you explored which is shared with premier inn) safety breaks if you pull apart the doors of the right hand lift on the ground floor😀

Modernising a lift takes all the posh out of it. It may have a nice interior, but it's still a generic. They should at least do an Ecodisc or Schindler mod. (5500)
