It’s a paper-like and it doesn’t protect your screen. You can buy it with magnet so you can take it off. The color of the image may not be clear but it helped when drawing (feels like an actually paper and it helps making your screen not too slippery when drawing). I don’t have the iPad 10th gen but I will say I like the noise it makes when drawing with it. Because the screen isn’t laminated, it makes a louder sound that is nice to hear. Careful recording your ibis paint drawings with those ads up top. I’m not sure if the ads on ibis do this but some ads like that will show names of cities near you or the one you’re living in.
