He’s actually fairly amusing and modest.
Shatner’s sometimes overstated acting made that episode memorable, notwithstanding the guy in the cheap, fuzzy suit.

actually @charles Winokoor, an awful lot of very popular actors AND actresses are overrated because they were just plain liked!! The fuzzy suit was so way fun.

Laughed 'til I cried at this clip. Had the honor of meeting him at Knoxville Fanboy Convention on my 67th Birthday this Oct. 29th. Didn't get to ask a question, because the kid in front of me had a model of the Enterprise to get signed. Oh, well. Hard to top that.

It's true, some actors are best remembered from some obscure part they may have played earlier on in their acting career -- and would now like to forget -- than for their biggest subsequent acting roles.

30 years ago if you asked me to name an actor that was gonna be this spry at 90, or even make it to 90, Shatner would have been at the bottom of the list. Amazing.

Howard Stern went to dinner with Shatner. He said Shatner is the most fascinating man he's ever talked with. That's saying something coming from a man who's lead an incredible life himself.

of this which is pretty awesome all the way around as far as my clairvoyance goes I’m only practicing. Thank you Mr. Shatner for making us all a dream again and again and a oh my god what’s on the wing.
