I love this style video of yours when I finally arrive in a few months I will review some of your old videos again and use them as a road map to wonder. Thank you
These off-the-beaten track videos are by far your best content. It gives people great ideas on how to explore the real Bangkok. I look forward to watching your next exploration.
Very nice video Rob. I miss those walks. Btw, I could clearly smell the canal even through the screen, lol, as I've been there so many times. And I remember walking along that railroad like 8 years ago. One time was enough for me =)
Hey there Mate. love your videos, as long as youre happy making them, i am happy to watch them and learn a bit about the place we all love. Cheers, Mike from Canada
You have such a positive outlook in life and that’s why you seem one of the happiest people I know! Hopefully we can come across you when we finally move to Bangkok. Soon.
Recently found the channel, what a gem! Love these vids. away from the touristy spots we've seen a thousand times, but as you say - far from boring anywhere in Bangkok! Keep up the good work bro, best wishes from NZ.
Lovely video Rob...u are showing something different...we have seen neon lights of BKK but dis is different side of it...thanks for sharing...I m coming there on 8th March...if possible let's meet up..
Great video! Yah weekends are pretty quiet at Ruam sab market. There is another pad graprow spot besides the famous space graprow lady that is open on weekends and is very yummy(I think it’s better than space graprow) almost the same taste as Phed mark but half the cost or less.
Absolutely fantastic I know exactly where you were but I definitely need to try that food market the food stalls looked really good. This latest creation kept entertained all the way through and I was wanting to watch more . Well done Rob and I look forward to getting back to amazing Bangkok .
Done that walk before and couldn't work out how to get through and turned back and went up Soi 1... So thanks for that.. Really good video. Coming to Asok next week.. Noticed you have a decent fade.. Can you recommend a barbers please?
Good video about the Khlong San Saep and the Communities algon the Khlong. It's my favourite Khlong, next to the place I'm living when I'm in Bangkok and I made a lot of videos about this area. I love it. It's only a few minutes for me to walk to the place. Enterting the big Khloing Boat Taxis let me always smile
Sawatdee Klub! Sawatdee kha! it's always a good start when you meet people in the place that you walk into 😊👌 positive attitude ❤ you will get a gentle kindness smile back at you 😊 ❤
"Train Track End at Sukhumvit Road" you said: across there is Soi Zero with good cheap food... Can you show on map where exactly are stalls with these food please? I searched on map ans streetview but no result :(
It's actually weirdly "natural" to get there... since it's right at the end of the canal walk, so unless you turn around and walk back, you actually get there. It's pretty weird, tbh - you feel like a total intruder as a farang (which you are), and it all feels super intimate and almost "ghetto" / favela like. I never ever felt unsafe in SEA but walking around below that massive concrete motorway bridge, with all the rubble and odd stuff going on, feral dogs running etc, I was a bit relieved to finally getting back to a "regular" street and to civilisation, lol
Rob love your videos, love how respectful you are of others culture and neighborhoods. Your a class act brother.
Thank you so much! I actually feel like Thailand has thought me respect and perspective.. good traits to have I think.

Great walk that was Rob , shall try that soon , off to Ubon R tomorrow for a few days to get away from the crazy bkk traffic 🙏
What a video brother! Yep, there are quite a few dark side places in BKK. Thanks for sharing!

I’d say the art work goes with the surrounds area .. and it works my thoughts anyway
used to love my walk home from my office in thong lo to phra kanong.
There’s a lot packed into that loop
Those wires!!
