The activated charcoal is a great, easy addition. It's also what is literally used in the Emergency Department when someone has ingested something they shouldn't have. Poisoning or oral overdoses. It binds to everything and passes through the stool later.
The normal saline flushes are great, and the small nebulizer bulbs with 3ml are easily purchased over the counter. Great for small eye flushes for dust etc.
You showed "allergy medication" briefly in one bag. A MUST carry along with Tylenol/acetaminophen, Motrin/ibuprofen, Aspirin, and Lotrimin or other anti-diarrheal is
BENADRYL/DIPHENHYDRAMINE. This can be life saving. Most people with severe allergies carry their epi pen, but not always. Even if they have and use it, adding Benadryl as well is another ER intervention. For anyone, the potential for a severe allergic reaction to something is there, so Benadryl is simple and easy. Also great for just general insect bites as well.
