Thanks for the Potato Creek Landing recommendation. Wife and I had lunch there and it was wonderful. Great philly cheese and some of the best onion rings i've ever had.
Thanks again, I've only been here a couple of years, but it's good to see shorelines and paths I haven't been brave enough to try out yet. It's been rare lately this year to have calm winds for a majority of the day, I think I was out of town for this video, it's usually 10 mph plus when I'm home in Taw Caw.
What do you think for summer fishing, the area around the Santee River channel down by the canal and Rocks Pond would be a little better fishing due to the heat? I come down a few times a year put in at John C, Thanks for any help brother!
Well, I know when water temps rise, a lot of people do really well in the deep water fishing on the bottom. Honestly, there are a few guys that primarily make catfishing videos on YT that target catfish. Palmetto cats and Jims catfishing. You might want to look them up for some info!

I'm glad to hear that! My friend and her sister re-opened Potato Creek landing, and they are great people. Thank you for supporting the channel!
That’s home for me I haven’t been there for a while. Thanks for the boat ride .

Thank you for watching the video! I plan on making more around different areas of the lake for everyone.
Thanks brother!!!!
Thanks…Do you have video on running from Potato Creek through Nelson’s cut out to the channel markers?
I plan on doing that video soon. Thanks for watching!
I’ve got to learn that upper lake better, spend most of my time in lower lake.
It takes a little time, but there are some good areas for fishing when you find them!
