This is both departure days, Thursday evening and Friday morning mixed together. I'll upload full length start-up videos of each of the helicopters as the week goes one. Also, a special shout out to Enstrom Helicopter!
There is a lot of loose materials around that landing zone. Sheets of ply, Sunshades, pallets and packaging. I'm sure they know what they are doing...what could possibly go wrong?
I am surprised no Kaman K-max dual intermeshed rotor helicopter didn't show up. They are perhaps the uglies thing to fly but their heavy lift is impressive for such a small air frame
Why would that Pomona ship be at HAI? That thing is like 20 years old and has the worst paint job on any helicopter. It looks like they ran out of gold paint and found a can of blue to finish it.
Lol this even alone probably produced more emissions than all the cars and trucks combined in a year. Cant wait to see what electrified California brings to the table. Cool stuff though
The more of these videos I watch, I can't help but think ....why is there someone marshalling them? Completely unnecessarily and to be honest, the guy is just in the way. The only time you need a marshaller is when an aircraft comes back to lines and there maybe clearance issues or you need the aircraft stopped exactly on a spot, apart from that it is just pure wank.
Suppose it depends what branch your in/from, was always confusing dealing with the transient alert people...never knew what you'd get. It certainly seemed like he wanted them to leave the ground when he wanted them to and not when they said they were clear.

@@cavini225 Thank you very much 🙏🏻
Love the sounds! I think I’ll watch “Blue Thunder” tonight.
No whisper mode today...
The H160 almost does have 😉
Great video, wonderful selection of airframes.
Great video! Thanx! 😊
all of those 407s are gorgeous
I would make a trip to Cali just to see the expo. This was such an awesome video.
It's in a different state every year.
Awesome 👍
You did an outstanding job my friend 👍😎
Thanks 👍 Wish I'd thought to drive out to KFUL!
@@airboyd Ya, but you got some fantastic footage of all of them departing, some of them never came to Fullerton they flew straight home.
Whirlybirds are awesome and so are the lucky ones who pilot them.
Thanks for the excellent video! ❤️🚁
Nice !
I figured we'd have some time stamps and types by now comment people!
love seeing all of the military helicopters in civilian liveries
Nice to see I'm not the only guy who rocks the 44 side to side on pickup. 😄

Hope you all got to see the cal fire an LA county FireHawks. My company makes those. LA was in our booth.
The single pilot 505 at about 3:15 looked incredibly close to touching the stinger
When you fly single pilot, it's an odd feeling, you're missing a lot of weight at the nose and you have to anticipate for it when you pull collective.
28:46 all I hear is Blue Thunder
Did the HX50 leave by truck or did it fly out?
Prototype, didn't fly.
nice livery
Do y’all have to have fire equipment on stand by during this?
I am surprised no Kaman K-max dual intermeshed rotor helicopter didn't show up. They are perhaps the uglies thing to fly but their heavy lift is impressive for such a small air frame
Kaman went bankrupt
☠BLACK BARON☠39:50 Wait a second, I just need to change my PID tail settings. 👍
I really want to get a helicopter pilot's license when I'm a bit older
I didn't know that this was in OC I am in Los Angeles
Same. I wonder if it’s open to the public.
Who was the "Veterans" BO-105?

@@airboydahhh Thank you :)
Sa342 nice 👌
MD500 Still the coolest chopper,

No one all of the local and state wide propositions
That cloud at 18:55 is shaped like a G
👍🏿
disappointed... not one of the models that CAN retract the gear... did so on these departures.
lol, 1:11. Lacking spatial awareness.
Lol this even alone probably produced more emissions than all the cars and trucks combined in a year. Cant wait to see what electrified California brings to the table.
Cool stuff though
Not one UH-1 Iroquois? That's a shame,
no Huey... what a pity...
Elle vieillie bien la banane

Probably something with FAA rules and or insurance
Someone thinks they can marshal aircraft.

All the same boring shit. Blackhawks. JetRangers. 412... Robinsons. Extremely cool though: The Gazelle and the BO-105.
