If he knew anything about energy drinks he would know that you need a decent amount of sugar in the drink in order for the electrolytes to be consumed in the body. Additionally, primes electrolyte content is almost all potassium whereas Gatorade is mostly sodium with some potassium and calcium. The body needs to replace sodium in the body that is the electrolyte you drink sports drinks for in the first place. If anything Logan simply proved to us why Gatorade is a better sports drink in almost every way.

1. Not all electrolytes are created equal. Yes prime has more, but not enough to properly hydrate you from a hard workout.
2. Prime is high in sucralose and potassium is why the drink tastes sweet, but won’t help from a performance basis.
3. Sodium and chloride are the major electrolytes we lose from strenuous activity. Prime is significantly low in both.
In short, drink prime if you want a drink that tastes okay.

Correction: Prime does have more electrolytes than Gatorade but not the ones we need... The electrolytes our body loses about is 70% Sodium and like 5% potassium and some others. Prime gives you too much potassium like 10x of what you need while almost no sodium while gatorade almost perfectly gives you the electrolytes you need.
