It's got a community and that's about it, a great one? A bit far fetched at this point in the game's life. The constant F2P and sales have, in my humble opinion made the game a bit of a chore to play. You can still have a good match here and there but it's a dice roll currently
The other key with the supplies on attackers for offensive is that as soon as you take that first square, you can no longer place supplies in the blue first sector. The important part there then is for offensive to place many supply boxes near the HQ with that truck before capping the point, so that engineers can quickly create nodes which cannot be built until capping the first sector and making it blue.
Urban Myth:- theres a limit to number of vehicles you can spawn - if you see an enemy truck abandoned or tank - it is better to leave it than blow it up - blowing it up allows enemy to spawn another if their limit has been reached.
For the first one, the stepping out of the circle doesn't necessarily prove it. Because it could be argued it's his 3 vs your 2 cap weight. You'd want him and yourself outside circle with the reinforce running. If it's contested THEN that's proof
Love your Myth Videos! I have one for you- Test the protection of the Engineers Barricades. I read years ago that they were intended as: Level 1 wooden stops pistol and SMG rounds Level 2 sandbags stop rifle and MG rounds Level 3 stops rockets and tank rounds
Nice update. For capping on offensive most players forget you can get overtime (when time runs out) while capping as long as you have manpower in the bank. When ever your team lose the cap after this - the game is over. You never get overtime if your side are not capping.
So with the commander aspect I addressed that in the last myth video, commander cap weight is the same as any other soldier on the field. The cap weight of a tank crew is by each person in the tank. On warfare, if the tank has a 3 man crew and is out side the circle but within the 4 squares, the cap weight is 3 total = 1 cap weight point per crew member If that same tank is in the cap circle. Then their cap weight is now 9 = 3 per crew member. On offensive, the only way you can have cap weight is in the circle and each player = 1 cap weight Does this make sense?
On offensive, have you tested how deep into the first rows/columns and how long you can stay there on offensive as long as you don't retreat into the blue zone after the first point is capped? I swear it's different for certain maps- I feel there is a timer as well but I don't know what triggers it.
You should have made a note not to do what you did at 8:00. You drove into a barrier and dropped a box. That makes it so your truck is stuck until the supplies are used.

Ok, here's a bit deeper kind of "myth" about HLL, perhaps difficult to prove, it most likely needs some research. I'd title it "HLL is full of cheaters". Unfortunately, HLL indeed has cheaters, and the best proof for it is that after a suspicious player gets reported, server admins drop a global message telling that the person in question was investigated and banned. Many of us met a wallhacker, aimhacker or a player that simply couldn't be downed at some point, but during almost every game there's somebody calling out that he was shot under sus cirsumstances, or he couldn't have been seen, he was lying in a wheat field, or something like that. Of course, other players' immediate reaction is that it's a skill issue, and no doubt in many cases it indeed is, but definitely not always. I guess opinions are very divided on this, many players have never seen a cheater, while others encounter them regularly. So what could be the truth? Is EAC really failing to protect clean gameplay, or it's just an unfortunate coincidence?
Recently, i heard a headshot ping when i threw a grenade. I wonder if he died before the explosion, by getting a potatomasher thrown in his face? Myth oder no?
It's because the grenade blew his head of, grenades affect you differently on your "death animation" depending on where you absord the impact. You can test it by standing on one, you will be blown and basically have an out of "body experience", but if you put your head on the ground next to one, it will be like a headshot. My experience anyways.
It’s the pen values. Ignoring the fact that light tanks can’t pen either medium tank. The PIAT has identical penetration as the panzer shrek and can penetrate Panzer 4 side armor. It’s not weaker armor
I say pen, even with HLL’s weird armor mechanics, for example, the Puma has a 50mm cannon, more than enough to pierce a light tank’s front armor and US and UK medium tank side armors (maybe not the T-34, but I digress) but it doesn’t due to balance of the game. Also the the German rocket launcher can pierce through the front of medium tanks while the US/USSR rocket launcher can’t
I didn’t need to shoot at a flat angle to show off what I wanted to show because the german rocket launcher will piece the armor at most angles on the medium tank. Especially on the sides as shown. Showing it’s better overall and had better penetration….which I did so the test was successful. Unless I hit the tracks I would have gotten the same result, whether it was a perfect flat angle or off to a 20-40 degree angle like shown in the video. feel free to go in the practice range and test for yourself, I guarantee you’ll get the same results I did. Hell let loose has weird balancing mechanics that makes armor combat different than say a game like Warthunder. The US rocket launcher after checking a couple websites, (weaponsystems.net/system/1185-M9+Bazooka) could penetrate upwards of 80-100mm of armor. The Panzer 4 had upwards of 80mm at its front about about 30-35mm on its sides (www.britannica.com/technology/panzer/Pz-IV), but that is not modeled in game and hasn’t been ever. The ONLY way you get a “damaging hit” on the size of a Pz4 with a U.S./USSR rocket launcher, is if you hit the tracks and that only damages tracks and not the hull… it doesn’t matter if you hit from 20 degrees or have a flat broadside, That’s how this game works unfortunately. I showed a more realistic example if anything, as you aren’t always going to have perfect flat angle shots at armor 100% of the time and showed off what I needed to show with the penetration stuff with each rocket launcher, and how it’s not a damage thing but a penetration thing…just keep that in mind
Crazy how is this game still has a community ; a great one!
It’s been incredibly tainted by players who got the game for free. It had its peak this time last year
