I love this brother. Ive stayed in contact with God over the years but not enough as I should. As a otr truck driver here in the U.S for 6.5 yrs & a resident out of Indianapolis. Born & raised. I tell you what I sure have been getting myself in a world I couldn't quiet understand.... living everyday something just seemed missing in my life. By watching your teachings that you have made some of my negative feelings dissappear & I broke 😭😭😭😭 it felt good because I felt closer to God, I felt that it was my fault that I lost connection & here I am again, a feel of his presence & him understanding what it is that's wrong with me. You need to learn that whatever state you are in to be content. Give us today our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those trespass against us should be your focus, not God give me a new house, because I claim it. This is no different from a child screaming for a cookie when the parent knows that is not good for the child at that time. The kingdom of God is more than meat and drink. Consider this. I have been a Believer just about all my life, and just about all my life I have been under attack. I have lost everything I had twice in my life due to the fact I didn’t wait to listen to the Lord about who I should marry. I became a believer when I was 9. Right afterwards my parents divorced and I was abandoned. I never saw my father again and my mom was too heartbroken to raise her children. She provided food, clothes, and a place to live but nothing else. No guidance or love. No way to church so I stumbled along. I was so desperate for a family I married the first idiot that came along. He beat me and ran around on me for 15 years. I lost everything trying to get out of it. I want to go back home where I raised my children. I’m praying so very hard. The rest of the story is sad and long but I’m loosing hope

Yes, I’ve prayed, pleaded and been on my knees, I cried out to God to take me, so many people would think that He (luckily) didn’t give me what I wanted that time, but no, He did, I was so near death that I could see the lights of my loved ones gathering around my bed, but I also knew that I had to be here for my family, my God-given family, so he gave me a choice, to rethink, ask for something else or just come home.

Dear brother Rick. I love your teaching, honestly do a lot. But, I just have ( small ) issue with daily reading from the Bible for two reasons. 1. A thousand or so years ago, people might be illiterate or only have a Latin bible. People then were still praying ( a lot more than today), surely God was listening. 2. People in a life threatening situation (refugees in Syria for instance) may have no access to the Bible, but their prayers are true callings for God’s help. That said, I fully agree that when one can, daily reading from scripture and plentiful praying is a good thing to abide to. 🙏

You need to learn that whatever state you are in to be content. Give us today our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those trespass against us should be your focus, not God give me a new house, because I claim it. This is no different from a child screaming for a cookie when the parent knows that is not good for the child at that time. The kingdom of God is more than meat and drink.
Consider this. It's all about what Jesus did at the cross, not what we can get from him. When Jesus comes back to get us the Bible says his reward is with him. But you were trying to get all your rewards before it is time just like the younger son who wanted his father's inheritance before it was time and he wasted it on riot on riotous living out in the world until he was eating with the pigs.... Repent while you still can. Deception is a diabolical thing. You don't realize it until you step back and look at all the facts in the daylight. At least pray about it. God wants you to know the truth and to live free in his son Jesus Christ.

I have been a Believer just about all my life, and just about all my life I have been under attack. I have lost everything I had twice in my life due to the fact I didn’t wait to listen to the Lord about who I should marry.
I became a believer when I was 9. Right afterwards my parents divorced and I was abandoned. I never saw my father again and my mom was too heartbroken to raise her children. She provided food, clothes, and a place to live but nothing else. No guidance or love. No way to church so I stumbled along. I was so desperate for a family I married the first idiot that came along. He beat me and ran around on me for 15 years. I lost everything trying to get out of it. I want to go back home where I raised my children. I’m praying so very hard. The rest of the story is sad and long but I’m loosing hope

The people of God needs to seek a whole lot more, repent a lot more deeply and truly consecrate themselves considering all that we have gone through in the last 4 years globally.

Yes, I’ve prayed, pleaded and been on my knees, I cried out to God to take me, so many people would think that He (luckily) didn’t give me what I wanted that time, but no, He did, I was so near death that I could see the lights of my loved ones gathering around my bed, but I also knew that I had to be here for my family, my God-given family, so he gave me a choice, to rethink, ask for something else or just come home.
Thank you for men of God, who'll take "their time" to pray with US. This is truly a man of God-though I admit I vacillate back and forth between him and Donna Clement 's prophetic rewinds of her father too! Remember that little song we heard as children, "come in today, come in to stay, come into my hear, Lord Jesus.?) Its unfortunate that I was almost discouraged from listening to this pastor who i loved to hear from because of a negative opinion my brother had of him. But God wouldn't let anything get in the way of me hearing the word from such an effective and powerful preacher! I truly believe that God is so knowledgeable about everything in our lives, including who comes across the best as a preacher! And i thank u rick for being such an impactful teacher in my life@!!!!

Dear brother Rick. I love your teaching, honestly do a lot.
But, I just have ( small ) issue with daily reading from the Bible for two reasons.
1. A thousand or so years ago, people might be illiterate or only have a Latin bible. People then were still praying ( a lot more than today), surely God was listening.
2. People in a life threatening situation (refugees in Syria for instance) may have no access to the Bible, but their prayers are true callings for God’s help.
That said, I fully agree that when one can, daily reading from scripture and plentiful praying is a good thing to abide to. 🙏
