Well, from my experience, both FGN (Fujigen) and Schecter Japan are very good quality instruments, but in my place, Schecter Japan instruments are much more expensive than FGN. So I think from value perspective, FGN is better valued instrument straight out the box compared to Schecter Japan....
@@guitarvana that's cool. It's a great tone. I'm just always curious to see how other people put their presets together. I have a video of making a Steve Lukather style patch on my channel. I don't like to use other people's presets but I do like to see how people build their sounds just out on interest. Everyone has different approaches and tricks they use. You can learn a lot .
@@PhilipJoyceMusician Oh wow, is it you Phillip Joyce?? I'm a big fan of your 90's Luke Helix preset! I also recorded a performance video using that preset but I didn't post it here on RUclips, I posted it on instagram. Well, turns out I'm not using paid IR for this preset, and another fun fact, I'm using my 80s Landau Helix preset I build for myself on this performance...Can I send you this work and see what do you think and how can I improve this preset? Best regards
👍👍👍👍👍
Which guitar plays better? FGN or Schecter?
What's your favorite?

@@guitarvana you have a low action on both guitars?
@@adriangarcia2459 yes, for solid-body guitars I like low action
Nice playing. Tone is great. Is it on custom tone ?
Thank you for the kind words, but unfortunately this preset isn't available on custom tone neither for sale since it's using paid custom IRs.
