The acoustics/recording is amazing! "Good job" to whoever set up the microphones! (I suppose the piping itself is quite nice as well 😘.. I never get sick of the elbow pipes; such a magical instrument!)
Thank-you for posting Mr. McKeon's music. I'll be on the look for more, if 'e 'as any about. It did take a wee bit to tune and warm up - but once he did that, it was superb. What an impeccable piper I ain't ever heard of before.
He has two solo albums; the first 'Irish Piping Tradition,' & a relatively new one 'The Turning of the Geese.' He also has an excellent album with his two sons, Conor & Sean, 'The Dusty Miller'
