It's the difference between reciting an abstract definition of something from a dictionary . . . and describing an actual concrete encounter with it.

I wonder if the self remembering and how it cannot be sustained for long is akin to looking at an object without moving the eyes and how the object is supposed to vanish , as the eye needs a changing stimulus to work properly . Self remembering is very difficult for me . What are your thoughts ?
I've read this woman's book on Gurdjieff. It's clear to me that she doesn't in fact know what she's talking about. She's in her own little fantasy world about it . . .

I wondered why Ouspensky split from Gurdjieff ? I've not read about the reasons why , but it is intriguing .
Doing the best with what she was given, aching for union and the sublime...
Her story is as beautiful and as true as any in "meetings" ~ this equates to balance.
Whatever she is, she does love Gurdjieff, the man.
Where is she now??, i first watched this around 3 years ago and i think about her words almost everyday, can you have her back on ever?, please.
