Well, I rather hoped he would sin Darcy just waltzing in and finding all the solutions by herself, making the other experts look foolish in comparison. Wasn't she a polisci major back during her 'internship' with Jane? I get that she likely picked up things from Jane and Selvig, and a change in interests and career is entirely possible, but she never did display the genius level intellect she pulls off here. Also because you felt the need to use a made up story to make the point, we waste an entire eighth of the video just on the literal first few seconds of the episode like REALLY
3:48 - They literally address this. Both the 'why do Woo and Rambeau not get affected' and 'why does no one accidentally drive into it'. I mean the reasons they give (so far) are contrived and convenient as heck and you'd be better off sinning that.

1:00 someone else already covered this: Hulk's snap was to bring everyone back safely. So not necessarily in the same spot as where they disappeared.
1:21 I happen to need the subtitles on anyway, because I have a hard time focusing on both the sounds and what's happening on the screen.
2:35 and you're gonna tell me you can't think of any people who would want to take advantage of this and try to sneak in and see what the government is hiding from them?
3:18 I'm gonna hazard a possibility incorrect guess here and say it's because the missing person is actually super relevant to the storyline, therefore S.W.O.R.D. DID have more information, they just weren't sharing it with her.
Also, you're purposely omitting the part where he demotes her to terrestrial missions only, meaning no, they DON'T only deal with intergalactic missions.

1: Hulk's wish was to bring everyone back SAFELY. So Ronald would likely have un-dusted somewhere closeby but in a place where he wouldn't be cut in half.
2: Promotional material also revealed that Monica Rambeau was in WandaVision. Plus, she was mentioned by name multiple times in Captain Marvel, Monica mentions her mother in this very scene and we also see a photo of Maria in the S.W.O.R.D headquarters, which you sinned later, so it's not exactly a "big reveal" later in the show and you don't need the subtitles.
3: Not anyone's fault. This is very much a non-sin.
    TV Sins removed a sin.
3.2: Yes, this is a marvel property. Why is this a sin?
4: But...this is only the second acronym and S.H.I.E.L.D doesn't exist anymore, so you only need to remember one. Plus, S.W.O.R.D is almost never referred to by its full name.
5: Any superhero in the Marvel universe is technically a sentient weapon, and, by the way, THERE ARE A LOT OF THEM.
6: But the letters in a phonetically pronounced acronym aren't always pronounced the same way as they are in the original words. Also, f*ck the people who pronounce gif "jif."
7: Well, actually I think it makes sense to assume every actual employee's badge would work since we have no reason to believe that these badges "expire" so to speak.
8: This is a sin of Hayward himself, not the show he's in.
    9: That is subjective criticism.
10: But this an actually interesting plotline that eventually leads to [SPOILERS].
11: They don't have very little knowledge. Hayward just isn't telling Monica the details, either because they aren't important or they lead to a future mystery plotline and this the setup clue.
12: Sinning an entire state. Really? I've never been to New Jersey myself but I think this is a bit offensive. Also, this is not the show's fault.
13: What is "show taking?" (will edit this sin if you provide an answer in the replies.
14: That's the point. This is another as yet unsolved mystery. Monica and Jimmy discuss this very question later.
15: Wait, Wanda's "plan"?!! You know she isn't the villain, right? She has no evil plan, she's already got what she wanted. Also, your questions here have answers. They aren't said in the show but that's because the show's writers didn't think it was important information. Which it isn't.
16: Wait, why is this a sin again?
17: Okay, I don't know this movie but I assume there would be Eliot Ness posters in relation to it too.
    18: Wait, what?
19: You only need to remember 3, maybe 4 movies to recognize these characters. Thanks for the salute, but you don't need to know any characters except maybe Monica in order to understand their roles in Wandavision.
20: Or maybe...they have different bases for their different jobs. There's probably an "Observation base" as well. Plus, if you remove "Response" from the name, this is just called "S.W.O.R.D base" which is a confusing name. Also, HOW MANY SINS ARE YOU GOING TO GIVE TO THE F*CKING ACRONYMS?!
21: What the f*ck is this non-sin pop culture reference?!
22: Drones are not a sin. And not of this show.
23: I'm going to ignore this sin because I don't know enough about this topic.
24: Well, it would have been easy for the crewcut to notice Darcy might need assistance and offer it, but he didn't.
    24: "And that's a SIN!"
25: TV Sins guy who I didn't bother to look up the name of sins himself and then treats that as a sin of the show. Also, joke sins.
26: Well, we've already seen that the versions of these first 3 episodes that we saw are not identical to the one that Darcy and co. are watching, so this could be a version of the episode that was edited differently.
    27: Not a sin.
    28: *sigh*
29: Yes it does. Why does that not make sense to you?
    30: No.
31: Not just a joke sin, but a meta-joke sin. *shudder*
    32: FINALLY! A legit sin!
    I removed a sin.
33: Because that's a stupid answer and not even Darcy wouldn't stoop to such pop-culture-reference lows.
34: Not even Wanda knows how Wanda's powers work. That's something that the MCU is still in the middle of exploring.
    35: He is dead.
I don't know how, but I missed a sin. Anyway, I'm really tired so, uh...

Okay, this first sin seems to keep coming up in your Marvel videos, and it needs to stop. Hulk wished for the people that got snapped to return SAFELY. This means all the people who were on a plane would be placed on the ground safely. All the people who were snapped amidst a swim would be returned to land safely. All the people who should have been countless hundreds of thousands of kilometres away, because the Earth _and_ whole solar system are in constant motion, would be returned to Earth safely.

Holy shit there’s too many things wrong with this to ignore.
    1. I’d usually Skip! patently ridiculous sins like this this, but there’s something that’s been confirmed about this that the five reclusive virgins that make up the little dysfunctional CinemaSins team haven’t caught on to yet despite it being confirmed for a year and a half. When Hulk snapped everyone back, his wish was to bring everyone back safely, with obvious regard to their original position when they died. If he didn’t do that, there’d literally be people floating around in the solar system, never mind in the exact place on the planet they died. Let’s just call this a case of “CinemaSins doesn’t know shit about astronomy” and move on.
    2. You seriously think this episode was what spoiled that this was Monica Rambeau and not...literally a year and a half of Teyonah Parris’ role in this show being explicitly revealed? Also, I’d recommend having the subs on even if you have perfect hearing, as this is exactly the case: you can miss pertinent details without them. This isn’t even The Books Don’t F*cking Matter anymore; this is CinemaSins outright stating that shows and movies should have no important information presented in a subtle manner like this and instead have shit lasered into their brains. That’s dangerously close to “give me outright exposition”, something you guys are known to sin.
    3. Pointing random things out on the screen and presenting them as jokes.
Even though Captain Marvel is still mediocre at best, agreed.
3 (second time). You can’t hide a goddamn logos sin from me. Did Jeremy write this part of the script? I WANT ANSWERS!!
    4. Here’s something you can do when you don’t remember something that was mentioned in a movie: rewatch the movie so you can remember. Also, this wouldn’t be a problem if you guys did the BASEST amount of research for these videos.
    5. Makes sense. SWORD is developing a myriad of advanced weapons and space travel technology. If that tech goes rogue, they would *respond* to it. Also, this makes 100% more sense if you add an “and” between “Observation” and “Response”. Hell, they literally say “and” later in the episode!
    6. Three straight sins on the goddamn acronym. And you moronic sheep they call “fans” wonder why I say “padding the sin count”. Anyway, acronyms are obviously meant to be pronounced as the word the words spell, genius. Also, how old are you, 11? Unless you choose to spell them with no periods, there’s a period after every letter in an acronym, including the “D” in SWORD.
    8. You absolutely can age visibly in five years. Monica was 34-35 when she was snapped, which means she would be 39-40 right now if she weren’t and would obviously look older. Also, only 7-year-olds can age in five years? I’m 17; I can assure you that I have visibly aged considerably since February 2016.
    9. Not realizing that this was because of Maria’s flying skills.
    10. Not to you morons at CinemaSins maybe, but for the rest of us who actually watch these things, we don’t give a shit!
    11. “More information”? The only one here who’s presenting a lack of info on this is Monica, and that’s because she literally just returned to her job after being dead for five years. Also, pronouncing “SWORD” as “SWARD”.
    12. Considering Jeremy is a Batman fanboy, sinning New Jersey.
    13. Sinning Randall Park. Also, sinning Kat Dennings.
    14. Because Woo and Rambeau arrived after they did because they’re not members of the local law enforcement?
    15. The episode doesn’t say whether or not people have been driving into Westview, so this is a non-sin.
    16. Complains for exposition all the dang time, sins exposition when it is given. CinemaSins, ladies and gentlemen.
    17. Skip!
    18. Insulting Kat Dennings.
    19. None, because the full names of all of these characters from the other movies in this episode are stated clearly in this episode. You only need to watch the other movies to see them doing something else completely unrelated to this. Also, now we’ve moved into “the other installments of the franchise don’t matter”.
    20.

      21. Making a pop-culture reference that...literally has nothing to do with this episode at all. I shouldn’t have to remind you that there is all of one legit sin in this entire video so far.
      22. This worked in Logan, which was set in the near future, but this episode takes place almost three years after it was released. That’s not that far into the future.
      24. And this is a sin because...?
      25. Good. Jimmy is far too good for this heaping pile of shit channel, as he actually analyzes instead of spouting random bullshit for 20 minutes.
      26. While I wholeheartedly agree that the streaming generation is far too spoiled and needs to learn what it was like for people who actually watched TV, this is just pointing things out on the screen and saying “oH I GuEss WE bEttER siN ThAt!”
      28.
      29. Whogivesaf*ck!
      30. Why shouldn’t it? They arranged for it to work.
      31. This was too confusing to even comprehend.
      32. Yeah.
      34.

I still think the beekeeper might come back. He is one of the few S.W.O.R.D. goons that actually is name dropped. Not even "crewcut" or Hayward's assistant lady have been named, and yet this guy is "Agent Franklin." I wouldn't have thought he would return if they didn't give him a name, but the fact that they did has got me thinking about him.

Everything that happens "in show" is designed to operate in a more hokey manner (i.e. no terrifying red energy, just stuff flying on their own or blinking in and out of existence). This the difference between her "TV magic" and her very real Chaos Magic.

The moment Darcy came, my first thought "wait... she has a doctorate in astrophysics now? Is that honorary? She was studying social sciences..."
And when I saw Jimmy Woo, my thought was simply "...is there only one fbi rep in the US?"
