The way Tara plays her enchanting instrument makes the song come to life with such beauty and grace. It’s like the music is dancing right out of her heart and straight into the hearts of everyone who listens. Once hit, there’s no escape. Breathtakingly beautiful! 🎻🎵✨
I have been on this amazing journey with Celtic women from the start and am staying on this amazing journey right until the very end they will always be my favourite hope Celtic women leave a reply I would cry tears of joy
Is toil leam nach eil na boireannaich fìor thàlantach agus bhrèagha seo air tuiteam nan creach don tatù uamhasach. Bidh am beusachd agus an comasan ciùil gan giùlan troimhe gun fheum air comharran uamhasach agus cus. I love that these very talented and beautiful women have not fallen prey to the ridiculous tattoo craze. Their virtuosity and musical abilities carry them through without the need of such horrific and overdone markings.
Beautiful song by the Celtic Woman Group. The violinist, Tara, is spectacular playing the song "An Cailín Dearg", Another great rendition and performance by the Celtic Woman group. The video of the performance was just like being at the concert.👍💯😀

Ok, a little bit of trivia for you pedants out there.😀 This is a strange name for the tune for anyone familiar with irish. Now first, in irish the word which describes an object comes after the object unlike in english where it's before. So "An Cailín Dearg" translates as "The Young Girl Red" or in english "The Red Young Girl". That is red as in the colour red. Similarly "An doras dearg" would translate as "The red door", again the colour red. Now if you can remember back to Powerscourt and the SFTH concert, Lynn Hilary sang a song called "Carolina Rua". This translates as "Caroline Red Haired" or in english "Red Haired Caroline". So the irish for red hair is Rua. The tune should probably be named "An Cailín Rua" or in english "The Red Haired Young Girl. It would appear the composer Brian Byrne has spent too long in the USA and forgotten his irish 😃
@@tonymolloy6165 Either way the official Celtic Women Facebook page posted "Our very own Cailin Dearg, Tara Mcneil, swept us away." Tara being a red haired girl so Cailin Dearg means "red girl". With languages as similar and ancient as Scottish and Irish Gaelic there is some overlap but its best to trust official accounts and Google.

@@tonymolloy6165 Maybe in Irish Gaelic, but Scottish Gaelic is what I said.
@@brandonstinson4988 But it's an irish song composed by an irish composer Brian Byrne.
