What great outcomes. You really are the best. If I were to have a neck and facelift, how soon after would it be ok to be face down for a posterior cervical foraminotomy? My surgeon said he normally uses a face pillow for the 60 minute procedure but could put me in pins to reduce direct facial pressure. Curious for your opinion.

Love the before/after pics. When you do the upper eyelids do you also do an eyebrow lift?
I suppose it depends on the face. I don't know if you have ever mentioned that. If I ever get it done, you're my guy. I keep going back and forth, over and over. I think I will have my friend who is a nurse take some pictures for you and we'll go from there.

I just had a mini lift. The face is looking great, but the under chin has regained most of its laxity now that the swelling is gone. Should i consider a stand-alone neck lift? What are my options?
Impossible to say without examining you. Give it time to heal.

Neck looks great however doesn't it also address the nasalobial lines?
all facelifts help the NL folds, but none defeat them.
I had 3 1/2 parathyroid glands removed April 11th. How long should I wait for the incision to heal before scheduling an appointment with you for a face and neck lift? I will be 64 in June.
