I bought the L4 and it disconnects randomly every few minutes. It is unusable. I tried turning on and off different settings in the Philips headphone app or disabling LDAC, it still disconnects every few minutes. Pls investigate the issue. I contacted Philips support and they just told me to reset the headphone, in which the instruction doesn't even apply to the L4. The headphone clamping force is also quite strong and i would say it is not the most comfortable headphone.
@@sdhkhk66 It doesn't happen with my phone or TV or PC. Only my tablet. Seems to be a firmware bug and not a hardware issue. It has been rock solid all day.

Does this have a proper steel headband or is it another breaking plastic nightmare like the L3?
