Ingredients:
1 large potato
3 tablespoons olive oil
Half a teaspoon salt (adjust to your taste)
Half a teaspoon black pepper
Half a teaspoon cajun seasoning
Egg mixture:
3 eggs
A little salt (adjust to your taste)
Half a teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons small chopped toast cheese
Preparation:
☞ Peel and wash the potato.
☞ Chop it thinly and in round-half moon shapes in a non-stick pan.
☞ In a separate bowl, add the eggs, salt, pepper and small chopped cheese to prepare the egg mixture. Beat the mixture well with the help of a fork.
☞ Put the chopped potatoes on the stove and add olive oil, salt, black pepper and cajun spices.
☞ Cover the pan and cook over medium heat until the potatoes become soft.
