If we don't change our mindset in India with this huge population.and do not have passion in our planning for people,We will produce a vert detached and strange kind of citizens in future.Wonderfully put as the municple institution with a simily to mothering!And with collaborating proactive public the tas will become simpler!

The (undemocratic) City of London with its own Lord Mayor also has an effect on (democratic) London, and one which is rather stifling from the point of view of kleptocratic and billionaire influence, which in itself is materially different to Barcelona's situation.
