Dear Doctor,
Thank you very much for your valuable informative videos. When I saw your video about low testosterone, I wanted to remind you about a disease called post orgasmic illness syndrome caused by low testosterone. I have a friend with this disease. Now he is at 45. He got married and left his wife due to this disease. After having sex, he would feel weak and tired for about a week. Cold and fever would come with it. Memory would fail.
Despite seeing many doctors, they did not realize that this was a disease. They judge that he had mental problems and no physical ailments. When he revealed me these problems and I noticed his muscle weakness, I asked him to check his testosterone levels.
His level was 201 in the morning time test. So asked to take Cernos 40 twice daily. But he is a diabetic patient so unfortunately Cernos raised his sugar level. Therefore testosterone replacement therapy could not be continued. So I asked to go see a urologist and get Hcg injection. Accordingly he consulted a urologist and took Hcg injection. Now his testosterone level is 730. He has post orgasmic illness syndrome. There is no illness now. He is Very happy and he can do any physical job after having sex.
