I love the chandelier in the bathroom,perfect. I had the same thing happen with flooring,they put the wrong flooring in,when he ordered it he transposed two numbers. They had to remove and replace also. The goats are precious! YOU CANNOT QUIT! I don’t mind the phone.

Don’t give up on the trees just yet! When we built our house we had a huge oak that we thought got damaged during the storm it only put out leaves on one side for over a year now it’s HUGE- the largest tree in the front yard (after 25 years ) and everyone always comments on how it came back to life! Lol

I like to plant replacement trees every year so there are trees growing at every stage of life on my property. On your place I’d suggest 10 or 12 new tree starts every year. 😊

I make my pot roast very similar. I am NOT a cook, but this makes me feel accomplished. I started using the crockpot liners, makes clean up SO easy.
