I used to listen to CNN and late night shows almost exclusively. Thank GOD I once listened to a Trump Rally, and then the left wing coverage of it and realised it felt like I watched something completely different. Started watching more conservative stuff to balance out the left wing stuff and wow did the BS become clear as day. Proud conservative now.

That is great. Being a Democrat and believing in the principles of democracy is valuable and understandable. But in America and in most of the Western world, being a Democrat just because the "party" is called democratic is a bit debatable.

The energy you guys are talking about was what I saw in 2015/16 when he flew all over America to campaign, while Hillary stayed home & did the odd TV with her huge campaign budget while Trump ran on air.
I was blown away with his work ethic & he definitely sticks to his saying that you never give up no matter what challenges.
They didn’t like it but he had to change the game to win the 2016 debates challenge & point out the cracks in all candidates running that year including Hillary.
He of course was looking at things as an outsider with little or no political experience which was the quite refreshing & appealing about Trump. He followed his own rules, & said east he thought and even if he didn’t win he exposed the players on all sides including msm.

We could not stop watching the beginning of the speech. Trump was riveting. Stamina was on display.
I don’t know how you can hear the things Trump wants to change for our country and still not like him. It’s honestly just mind blowing how someone can hear all of the good things he wants to change with the problems we have and just say “nah I’m good”

In addition to all that you have stated about him, he has a beautiful, intelligent and poised First Lady. His family is a beautiful and supportive of him. That’s not what we have now. If I wanted somebody representing the United States I would prefer to have his family over the one that we have now.
Like him or not, Trump is playing chess while everyone else is still playing checkers. His length at the podium was attacking Biden's age without actually attacking him. On the other hand, they swap a candidate in younger, he's proving his stamina and experience.
Yea trump should be our King. That speeech was superrrr underwhelming though. He basically said a bunch of nothing, such a missed opportunity.
@JoelDavid1776 As an American, I don't do kings. Power corrupts. Underwhelming if you were expecting a show. His control and energy has shifted. Pat's description was perfect. His new flow compared to his bull in a China cabinet flow was overwhelming enough I listened to his entire speech and I can't honestly say I have ever done that.
@@JoelDavid1776underwhelming for me but in a sense that he reduced a lot of attack against the other side. Usually he makes fun of them. In that sense. But I think it was appropriate as the message was unity.

I watched the entire thing on CSPAN unfiltered. The messaging was so cohesive, done so well. 4 nights.
I thought 75 percent of the speech was great. Trump kept going back to immigration over an over. I thought he could have done a 60 minute speech. Great speech at the front and back end. I think a lot of people went to sleep and didn't see the end of his speech. Trump will be our next President. The 2024 RNC Convention was the best Convention in my lifetime, ..... the Republicans have such a strong bench for 2028. Excited for the next 4 years and beyond.

Made 25k less in salary 6 years ago but always had my bills paid and drove a 2019 Kia stinger. Today I’m driving a 2004 Honda CRV and can barely get by. Heating oil tripled in price and it’s killing me. Used to pay 1300 for the year for heating oil under Trump. It’s awful right now. Just make enough to get by and I make more money. How is this even possible? So messed up!!!

Yup, I had listened to Trump's RNC speech, it was really incredibly inspiring and touching, even for a non-American. There was none of his previous display of seemingly arrogance, narcissistic, aggressive tendencies, bad mouthing others etc.. In this speech, he show his understanding of how people feels, the brickbats thrown at the Secret Service, the victims, their family and although he did not actually said it, he seem to understand why a young man, so misguided by hatred generated by the perpetual combative social divide, lost his life, so did his parents lost a son, all unnecessarily. Like he said, it is very painful and he knows that people are hurting. He show a very strong urge to heal the country and it is no longer about himself. It is not just about MAGA, he just demonstrated he could be the one to bring back global leadership, peace and stability through empathy and respect. That was a great speech , unscripted, no prompting, non-political, very humane and uplifting. Just my observations. All the best. Cheers.
