Peanut Butter Cake 花生酱牛油蛋糕

Ingredients :
200g unsalted butter（牛油）
100g peanut butter （花生酱）
130g caster sugar （细砂糖）
4 large eggs（鸡蛋）- grade A
250g ( 2 cups ) plain flour（普通面粉）
1 tsp baking powder （发粉）
1/4 tsp salt （盐）
60ml milk （鲜奶）
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 50 minutes.
放入已预热烤箱，以170°C烤50分钟。

Hi, I tried the cake today. Is it normal for the cake to be dry on the outer part? Inside the cake is soft? And it has a slightly bitter after taste. Can it be because of the baking powder? Pls advise , the cake is nice...just want to clarify this two things.
