Ingredients :
200g unsalted butter(牛油)
100g peanut butter (花生酱)
130g caster sugar (细砂糖)
4 large eggs(鸡蛋)- grade A
250g ( 2 cups ) plain flour(普通面粉)
1 tsp baking powder (发粉)
1/4 tsp salt (盐)
60ml milk (鲜奶)
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 50 minutes.
放入已预热烤箱,以170°C烤50分钟。

Hi, I tried the cake today. Is it normal for the cake to be dry on the outer part? Inside the cake is soft? And it has a slightly bitter after taste. Can it be because of the baking powder? Pls advise , the cake is nice...just want to clarify this two things.
