For people who are confused, I explain this:
- Hanzo traveled to other timelines to save his wife (in this case the timeline created by Liu Kang)
- In this timeline scorpion and sub-zero are brothers, kuai liang being scorpion and bi-han sub-zero
- Here Harumi marries the scorpion (kuai liang) of this timeline, so she doesn't even know hanzo.
- Now there are two scorpions:
- The One Who Invades This Timeline (Hanzo Hasashi) and the scorpion of this timeline (kuai liang)
Edit:
I forgot to say that in the previous timeline Hanzo Hasashi and Kuai Liang (Bi-Han's younger brother) were not enemies the two respected each other and were allies so that's most likely one of the reasons why hanzo is so mad.

@@marcodragneel8035 It's not MK11 Scorpion. It's not specified which Scorpion it is and given that he travels through so many diff timelines, he can originate from any one of however many exist out there. This isn't canon either so it doesn't matter or impact the actual story.
Makes sense that he can't save her. The hellwraith Scorpion exists BECAUSE Harumi got killed. It's a temporal paradox. Any timeline where Hanzo and Harumi end up naturally happy together doesn't require intervention from Scorpion, since he doesn't get to exist there.

I'd Think In His Perspective, Hanzo not only felt Anger but Also Betrayal since Kuai Is His "Brother In Arms" or his Equal and Kuai of this timeline didnt knew about it until He married Harumi, I blame Liu Kang cause somehow He managed to fuck up Hanzo's Existence more than Quan-chi did

This harumi never knew who Hanzo is. And Scorpion was Kuai Liang.
Liu Kang didn't mess up anything. It was Hanzo fault rage that invading Liu Kang timeline for his in search for a replacement Harumi.
Liu Kang action has nothing to do with Hanzo.

Nether Realm Studios ruined Mortal Kombat in MK1. Hanzo Hasashi isn't Scorpion anymore. The Shirai Ryu don't exist. NRS, has completely ruined and tarnished Scorpion's entire 30 year Legacy in game.
So where is Hanzo then? Unless he doesn't exist in this timeline anymore.

I was under the impression in this timeline Hanzo never became Scorpion, Kuai Liang did and he just had everything that came with it...his wife Harumi too apparently...I mean I guess there does need to be some reason how a Japanese woman married a Chinese assassin...

In case people were wondering in the main timeline the game rakes place in there is no Hanzo Hasashi Scorpion so Kuai Liang becomes Scorpion in that timeline

In Kuai Scorpions tower ending, Kuai ends up marrying Harumi while in Smoke's ending Hanzo appears but is much younger
So basically Shang tsung titan didn’t changed anything just to become conquer. I prefer Lu Kang timeline.

I dunno if anyone have thought of this yet, but my speculation in regards to that event is this:
That original Scorpion isn't just Hanzo, rather the past counterpart of himself. Remember that the post-redemption arc of Hanzo got killed by D'vorrah, and before dying he convinced his past self to move on from grief...which the latter failed to do so, after he gained the Hourglass from defeating Kronika.
In the last part of his ending, Scorpion mentioned that he vow to go Kratos Mode against the Titans who put him in his undeserved fate. But prior to that, while he went timelines after timelines, Scorpion discovered Liu Kang's and found his wife being alive and well....only that she's married to Kuai Liang, and that drove him to extreme anger as the scenes have shown.
Didn't liu Kang calm him down with compassion and send him to the Harumi became scorpion timeline?

We may have looked at this the wrong way or even misdirected by NRS.
This may be a hint the New Era Scorpion was given the name Kuai Liang while Tundra/Saibot just has yet to show up in game.
Edit: Arcade intro Scorpion vs LiuKang/Geras just confirmed this is indeed Kuai Liang been given Scorpions power instead. And he got Harumi as his wife instead of Hanzo. What a shtty writing on NRS Part.

Now I want to know is that how Scorpion was able to enter different timelines? Does he have the power of hourglass too to enter realms? Or because of Titan Shang Tsung's corruption, kombatants from different timelines can enter Liu Kang's universe & other universes? Maybe that's the reason. Otherwise this might be the original mk9 Scorpion who broke his promise to his Elder self Hanzo and gained the power of the hourglass. But Titan Scorpion is not that weak.

Scorpion choosing to destroy the Elder Gods & threaten reality out of vengeance in Armageddon. Hanzo choosing to kill Quan Chi despite knowing that he would doom the revenants. Hanzo choosing to help Shinnok invade Earth in MKX. Hanzo choosing to torture Kuai Liang in the comics. The worst part about all of this is that he will be unrepentant.

Adding on to what the previous person said but basically this is a scorpion from the multiverse who couldn't move on from harumi dying to Quan chi so he went across that several multiverses only to discover her dying again and again until finally he got into Liu Kangs realm only to find out that she married a different to scorpion who is not Hanzo but instead Kuai Liang and so basically he kills everyone and continues to search the multiverse for a harumi who is not Dead
