This is one of the most impressive home mods i've seen. The placement is perfect & everything works well.
I was laughing so hard at the "Pooping Scene"!! This home is just fantastic, and the interactions all over are nice.
I've got this house and I've never figured out the stuck trap door maybe something they are still working on but I love this place

"Morskom" is a word out of a few slavic languages, like Slovacian, meaning (the) "Sea" or "marine".
Anyways, that one is an alltime Favorite, even the old collab version between DarkFox127 and Elianora from 2015 and espacially now the 2020 remake from the Fox alone. :)

This is very nice. I like that the author locked up some of the mannequins, those things creep me out. I like the ways your choice of floors look. If only you could make the Walls a little less rustic but it is not a deal breaker. I like that there is a quest but not a long one. Thanks and Hugs

Wow,this was truly amazing! I want this place! I just hope it doesn't crash on me. But it looks so beautiful and so custom! I like the how's there's a quest for it! Perfect for Halloween. (Happy Halloween everybody) When I get this I'll see what that hatch does.
Loved the Showcase. I most definitely would use the home!
Not sure if anyone ever answered you, but the ladder at the end of the secret passage leads to the stables outside, it is blocked by hay so you have to shovel the hay away above in order to unblock the hatchet.
I like Morskom, but its way too dark in my opinion and was uncompatible with mods that overhauled dawnstar

Clicking on the pitchfork next to the hay pile removed the hey revealing the secret hatch door doesn't do anything but makes a quick shortcut I guess

One problem with this is that you have to go through the children's bedroom to access the master bedroom.
I couldn't get anything to work for me. I would craft objects and the would not appear other then the writing desk, after a couple of tries. Tried to hire to have house furnished but when I tried to mail the letter it said only one object at a time. To much time spent on nothing working.

I was going to say that digging the graves and collecting the possessions....sounds a whole like Supernatural to me 😆
The stuck hatch, maybe it has to do with the boat restoration. If I'm remembering correctly you restore your own boat also. Not sure just an idea

How did you fix your issue with the load order? I haven't tried to use the mod yet but I've heard a lot of people had issues with crashing. I also have cities of the north installed so I'm hoping it doesn't mess with that lol. Anyway, great showcase video, can't wait to see what's next!
Mine is fairly low in my load order. Close to the alternate start mod and I’ve only had a few crashes
Darkfox is a legend
I can't get into it or get the quest to progress AT ALL - it just tells me to "look outside". Your video shows me immediately why - there is no note on the door in my game. I have all the files, it's not hard to install. The mod page gives no walkthrough or advice, and the walkthrough someone did post in the comments on Nexus did not work for me, as there is no note "on the gate by the side of the house", and it just says to "follow the instructions".
Have you tried hitting the stuck hatch door to see if that open its?
Did you actually need salt in your inventory when you burned the body?

in the room with the fireplace when i picked up the miners clothes the door is still locked

Well you could download another mod called Bear Mountain Lodge - which is EXCEEDINGLY generous with gems and gold stocks (OP!) bit of hit and miss as a house (glitches and the followers have A-hole (they started a brawl in my quarters over an object one time) personalities, but for extra stock and supplies, whey-HO and off we go -- IIRC (and I stress IF) you got 50 or 100 of every gem and 100 gold bars - I pretty much worked my Smithing to 100 on a couple of seshs because you're not supposed to have THAT many Flawless Diamonds.

Grab Windstead Mine, never depleting ore viens, you can get so many gems.
@@shanerasmussen5225 I found Bear Mountain Lodge on Bethesda's site, but unfortunately it's for PS4--I only have Xbox 360 Legendary Edition and Skyrim Special Edition for Steam. I'll look into this Windstad Mine mod--I think one of the people I subscribe to here on RUclips may have already reviewed this one, because the name rings a bell. Thanks for reminding me of it! :-)

How do I build stuff in the basement
Ok, I'm seeing this 9 months after posting...I've noticed that you have a cheat mod so you don't have to use console commands....I have looked everywhere for this mod, could you please tell me where you found it.
So ive completed the qyest and destroyed the ghost and bought the house. The master bedroom door is still locked for some reason. I have the estate keys but its still locked. It that a glitch

A good small one I used for a long time is Old Oak Den, Ryantium has a video on it. It worked really well for the backstory I put on. See, my character and his partner Inigo were smugglers, PC was captured because Inigo shot him, and then Helgen. Old Oak Den is perfect for a hidden base, though I did find a high level of Dragon spawns at the site, but that RPs well since they can feel the Dhovakin's presence, and it prevented NPC casualties during attacks.

U can click to activate and it'll make it be still. After that they stay the right way and don't move again

@@nftvegeta538 oh I know it does. Freaked me out first time I seen it myself 😅 but after I clicked it to put armour on it, they were still. So I always go through and click them all so they don't move 😂

OK I just restarted to the beginning and it worked for me!
If u have a follower they don't get in the room before door shuts and they get stuck in door and u can walk thru. Happened for me and a couple other videos I watched
