- The latest version of Morskom Estate for SSE woot! Nice spooky quest and a do'er-upper combines two of my favourite things:) This is just my preliminary playthrough so there WILL be bits I've missed. You can hire workers to help you do the work by the way (which I completely missed at the study desk!) Also, don't sit on the loo if you're easily embarrassed is all Ima sayin' :XD

Thanks for covering this Feb. Really enjoyed the video. Looks like a lot people already mentioned some of what you missed. I'll probably be doing a video showing the secret stuff people haven't found. All I can say for now is to read the journal and take things literally. There's a lot hidden in the story of the mod.
The sconces inside and out can be lit with fire magic and extinguished using frost. The mailing chest requires you to crouch and activate to pick up. If you rebound any keys it may explain the incorrect tutorial message.

Can I ask something if you don’t mind , I might just be dumb but is there another light by the mead , Cus I lit one then accidentally unlit it and the roof light disappeared but one was still lit ( the one closest to the pipes )
Also I have a question I can't hire workers there's no option at the study desk and the oceanside supply store isn't there either. I use Xbox 1

Wow this home is amazing. I am not fond of large houses, but that one is exceptional!
The female bard needs more lessons from the Academy like the orc one in the inn / tavern of Hjaalmarch / Morthal
Great ones for now ( haven't check all inns ) are Lisette in Winking Skeever of Solitude and Linly in Ivarstead
I love this mod home, I really like the fact that I have to get rid of a ghost. I really wish you could make him a steward, then he could scare off unwanted visitors.

the owners dialog is the same as the inkeeper asking you to clear shroudhearth barrow in Iversted... the ghost voice is the same as well

No problem Nancy, I think what's happened is that you've not pressed the "More" button underneath where the video description is - it expands that box to give you the full description and link:) Glad you found it though!
Feb, did you try to change the tablecloth? Also when in doubt with DF mods, try going in sneak mode ;) You can change your bed covers, also put that mail chest in another place where you want to be able to send things, put those things in the mail sack you craft at the desk, THEN put the sack in the mailbox, and poof! your extra building materials, etc. from Dawnstar are sent to your chest in that location...read the journal and you will get some hints on treasure, try diving from the boat in that out to sea location for instance...also you need to put your mail request in the mailbox... Absolutely love this home and the new improvements

Woot! Will install. I started this video 2 years ago and just finished! The prequel/acquisition story looks great. The attention to detail here is way beyond usual! I did like Elysium but not enough to switch. Best Regards!

What an amazing house mod! I think it’s time to start saving up for a computer build. Although X-Box One has a bunch of cool mods, PC is so much more versatile. Feb, I just love listening to your voice 😊 My goodness, I can only imagine you’re appearance is just as beautiful as that voice 😍

I'm still trying to get the guards working myself. Apart from that, there's just so much to this house. It's huge but not in an overwhelming way.
I'm still finding more and more things in this mod.
Guessing the stuck hatch was in the old version as well? Still can't figure that out.
Thanks for showing where the rope to change the banners were. I never even noticed it on my own!
I tried changing them individually outside but I could only toggle 3 different versions. This should fix it.
The mod is so huge it's amazing to see what I missed despite thorough searching.

Hey! In case you haven’t found it yet the stuck hatch can be uncovered in the stables in the back by activating the rake!

Found the mod and installed it, but there is a problem, maybe a bug that happens differently than in the video. I'm aware that this is after 2 years since uploaded and it could have been updated, but in case anyone figures out how to advance the quest: When I go down to the basement, instead of having the ghost vanish, I walk down the stairs and get a journal update of finding the ghost and tasked to defeat it. The book on shelf doesn't advance anything and the ghost is essential. I also can't back out with all entrances being sealed.
Also noted that the first time I entered there I found a crate in hallway with the secret shelf containing 3 minor heal and magic resist potions, but after reloading few times before entering the room they no longer existed there. Same with "Grandfather's hammer" posession that appeared in room with 2 puddles and 2 full mead boxes by the vats.
I am stuck with no alternative ways to advance the quest.
the mod has a serious flaw in that when you are in the locked room, you cannot exit, and there is nothing to interact with in order to do so. Even shouting whirlwind sprint, timed with a follower, so that when you go in, it initiates the door close/lock, the follower opens the door, and you sprint back out before it closes again, yields no progress, because the stupid ghost isn't playing the organ downstairs in that scenario. beyond frustrating

thats weird in my run through of this mod the journal was in the fireplace about to burn maybe its because i got the updated version idk
Very nice video ! I had a lot of fun with this mod on the previous version of the game. It main default were some bugs, but from what I see and read, it became perfect ! I will use it again in my future playthrough :)

Soo... I have to admit the house looks the bomb, kinda feel bad for the jarl in his puny shack. It took me forever to watch the whole review though as I'm pretty sure I broke something at nineteen minutes in, watching you have issues with the male sack and how the whole system works cost me a kidney I think (Yeah I know but I'm a guy and some things never change). Then bunny got his shout out and I started to reminisce. You see my daughter got a French Angora when she was nine or so, a gift from her uncle. Grumpy was a sweet pain in the behind family member for about ten years... Then she was all grown up. Triggers eh.

If anyone is getting stuck in the upstairs room where the ghost locks you in just push a follower up to it and it should open.

Q: How can I move my family into Mörskom Estate?
A: In order to move your children and wife into Mörskom Estate, you will need to install the mod Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions and ensure you have the correct version depending on if you're playing Special Edition or Legacy Skyrim. Follow the instructions on the mod page and make sure you have completely renovated the house for the Bless Home spell to work.

Anyone know how to unblock the basement door?
U have to go outside and hover over the pitchfork in the stables and it'll say use and it'll straighten up the area and unblock the door to the basement.
I had to use the local map to see my surrounding areas and seen it
Furst off love it so please dont misunderstand....ive built this place,however my bedroom door wont unlock i have to tcl to get in and there are no options to build anything in basement workbench..did i do something out of order?..i finally fixed my bathroom pipes..but i still cant open bedroom door or basement build
You are a great Skyrim Real estate agent. I downloaded some of your recommendations.Have you used the safehouse in Legacy of the Dragoborn? It's better.in SE. then regular Skyrim.
Absolutely it's one of my favourite mods and I have a little playlist of aspects of LotD including the Safehouse;)
I can see why you have trouble picking a favorite home. Some of these mods for player homes are fantastic. You could practically fill up your load order with unique houses

hi! i have downloaded this house myself and i was wondering how you were able to modify the basement and outdoors? i think ive finished furnishing the interior but i don’t have the option at the moment to finish everything else, do you have any advice?

It doesn't give me the option to hire workers. There's also suppose to be a supply store called oceanside supply too in dawnstar
Q: How do I hire workers?
A: To hire workers, you'll need to initially craft the study desk at the Forge workbench. You can then use the study ledger to craft small scrolls to place inside your mailbox for delivery. Once you have crafted a scroll and placed it in the mailbox it will disappear and workers will arrive 6 hours later to start renovating the requested rooms of the house. The time it takes for workers to complete tasks depends on the room. Some rooms can take days to be renovated.
Workers will live down in the basement on a temporary basis while they work on renovating sections of the house and will leave once they have completed a task. Notes will also be left in your mailbox to let you know that renovation has been completed.
@@FebrithDarkstar thanks feb. I was actually watching dark fox review of the new version and he said there won't be the option to hire workers and the store will be gone. I'm glad I watched it or I'd have restarted it from scratch and that's a lot of work

I don't think so - if I recall, you can go straight up to the front door and the quest starts. It sounds like you have a clash with some other mod in the area maybe? I hope you get it resolved!:)

So I'm using this same mod, and when you pick up the book on the second floor, you have to go all the way in for the next part to trigger. But once I do, the door closes and is locked. I couldn't go through it like she could, any help
same here. Let me know if you find a solution
@@stonecult182 found a solution of sort, if you use a follower to lodge themselves in the door and they get through, the door loses collision and thus you can walk through.

U have to download the multiple adoption mod and then use the spell Bless Home and it'll give the option to make it ur home. Then u can.

No as I had a torch on me, but it can be done that way!
That's what I used was my flames spell I noticed it was lit on someone else's video and went and tried it haha
