One of them was a swing hanging from the ceiling. They wanted something like a swan fairy tale and for that Demy she wears a dress like this but now everything changed Ιts a shame

I don't want to say anythink bad but this year's swedish production destroyed greece for poor tv coverage and before the rehearsals (5 days before) the say to the greek team that they can't do what they wanted to do on stage because of that we lost the first place ( if there was a chance to win we lose this chance )(If they did not say anything there would have been a swing on the stage and a glass that would appear photos and it would look like it was in fairy tales) (The production says that for security reasons because the swing and the glass it Would be hanging from the roof )THANKS AGAIN FOR 12 POINTS!!! AND THANKS TO SWEDISH PRODUCTION FOR NO LETTING GREECE DO WANT THEY WANTED TO DO ON STAGE

It is a shame that the concept of the staging is not evident. The two dancers are a couple of swans - because swans are supposed to fall in love only once in their lifetime. The choice of two men is not a coincidence either. The mermaid is an ancient Nymph blessing the eternal and unconditional love and the singer is a spirit/Muse making an anthem for a love like the one of swans. The water is the principal element of the staging, firstly, because it is meant to be a lake and, secondly, because it stands for harmony and peace of mind. Please, vote up the comment, so that more people can learn the idea of the appearance, which I think is very inspired and inspiring.

I've just learned that this isn't the appearance that Greece wanted to show at the contest. Greece said to Ukraine, almost one month before, that they decided to create a background that would show a fairytale scene and they accepted it. Demy would sit at a swing and behind her it would be something like glass that would picture a place from fairytale or something. You know, trees, flowers and even more. Anyway, the point is that five days before the semi final Ukraine said that this can't be feasible. Just five days before guys.... I just wanted to say that, not to say something wrong to Ukraine, but as you can understand this isn't so right!!! Anyway, it's just a song contest. Good luck to all countries!!!! :-)
They were perhaps desperate to come up with a staging that took attention away from her - I'm trying to be polite here - weak vocals. I like the song, and the staging they came up with worked really well, but I thought she was lucky to do as well as she did. I think the problem was that the song was simply too high for her vocal range.
Howard A Yeah, we all know that. It was obvious at the semi final, too. Unfortunately, the song maybe wasn't such a good choice for her voice. She is so so good singer and it's so unfair for her that they gave her this song. I just mentioned the thing about the staging, because they gave a very good try in only five days and they didn't want this to seem like a "copy" from Emily's song :-)

I've just learned that this isn't the appearance that Greece wanted to show at the contest.
Greece said to Ukraine, almost one month before, that they decided to create a background that would show a fairytale scene and they accepted it. Demy would sit at a swing and behind her it would be something like glass that would picture a place from fairytale or something. You know, trees, flowers and even more.
Anyway, the point is that five days before the semi final Ukraine said that this can't be feasible. Just five days before guys....
I just wanted to say that, not to say something wrong to Ukraine, but as you can understand this isn't so right!!!
Anyway, it's just a song contest.

They were perhaps desperate to come up with a staging that took attention away from her - I'm trying to be polite here - weak vocals. I like the song, and the staging they came up with worked really well, but I thought she was lucky to do as well as she did. I think the problem was that the song was simply too high for her vocal range.
Howard A Yeah, we all know that. It was obvious at the semi final, too. Unfortunately, the song maybe wasn't such a good choice for her voice. She is so so good singer and it's so unfair for her that they gave her this song.
I just mentioned the thing about the staging, because they gave a very good try in only five days and they didn't want this to seem like a "copy" from Emily's song :-)
