She sounds out of breath even though she doesn't move that much and the song is not super vocally demanding. She just wasn't ready for Eurovision. You can't sing like that when you're competing against much more capable vocalists.

Completely disagree. I think we’ve had far better staging and/or staging concepts, and better camera work over the last 10+ years than what Mae had. Quite disappointed as the final performance that we couldn’t do better.
@@Jme_hde Other than 2019 and 2021, I think all the staging from the past decade has been better than this, especially considering we were the host country. All the staging was this year was some tacky LED animations with no meaning and some underwhelming choreography.

The song itself is not bad. Most online polls placed it around the 10th marker. But the live vocals were terrible. Much worse than I expected. And the flashy visuals just looked like they were trying to mask the lack of vocal power.
