Big thanks to you Tall and the crew at Zippers. This has been a very interesting series! There are still a lot of us on Twin Cams out in the world. And it's good to get some Twin Cam love out there. Hi from Australia 😊
Dave Mackie built my twin cam super glide over 20 years ago and it made 105 tq and 100 hp its a 1999yr and 95ci so they been getting those numbers out of these bikes for years
Thank you, Tall. You know about a year ago (after seeing your video) I contacted Zippers Maryland to install the same Zipper Cam you had on my 2020 Electra Glade. They refereed me to a different dealer who was almost as far away from me as the Maryland Zippers shown in your video to do the install. Not seeing or knowing of this other VA dealers work, I just decided to go get a stage II upgrade through my local Harley dealer. At least I knew their work. I'm okay with the Stage II Harley power Cam anyway. Appreciate your videos.
I saw this video when researching the zippers kit… looks like I’m sold. Just purchased the kit for my 05 King… goes to the shop next week for the build. Thanks for the feedback on this kit. Not many reviews on this kit!!!
That’s great numbers. My 2006 fxstsi is right under 100 ft. Torque as a 95”, stock heads that’s just been decked, bassani 2n1, Andrew 54 cam. Runs just great.
Bro that Road King is CRAZY! And I love it. I have a 2006 Road King with zero power I think it’s time to pull that performance trigger on the King. Also, I like the new wheels on your new King. Please give us a detail list of all newly added parts. Stay safe and God bless you and family 24/7 peace ✌🏾 out.
I had my 07 Ultra CVO rebuilt. The last tune, it made 110 HP, 116 max tq. after the rebuild. The only thing I didn’t upgrade was the carb that’s next. I used a Fueling TTS tuner at RC Cycles in Hayward, CA.
That road king sounds awesome. Big cam lope. My buddy just got a 2004 roadking. He is thinking cams. I just had cyclorama 570-2 cams put in my 2012 streetglide. 98.7 h.p and 116 touque
Would have been nice to add labor to the price of parts for the builds for viewers that might want the work done but wouldn't do it themselves to get an idea of what the total build would cost us. Great job!
Labor cost varies from shop to shop, but you can call Zipper's Performance Products and I'm sure they can reccomend a shop, and maybe you an estimated time to install.
Excellent end to this series of video. Those guys at Zipper's sure did you & Leonard right. His numbers are very good but yours on that hot 95 kit are just mind blowing .... Will check out their website to see what they have for Indians vs what Lloyd's has.
Ok . Great video . I've been wondering what the numbers on both bikes would do . I'm impressed with the 95 buuuuuut ..... I'm now more curious about the 103, why , No big bore or head work .... That thing will spank that 95 if you over size the jugs and do some head work . The reason the numbers did not come up like they could have is the compensator . On 80 Evo's all the way to the 96 stock stroker even with a big bore kit is they all run a 24 tooth compensator . On the 103 and up, it's 34 teeth . Thats like one third more rotation to the final drive in the gearing . Thats like an over drive before the over drive . To make that sucker fly with that much over drive up front before the transmission , if I could put it that way, you need to overcome the extra torque needed to turn the rest of the power train . if that makes sense . With one third less crank case rotation to the 95 ... in other words the 95's one full engine rotation to the 103 2/3's of a rotation for that motor to the same rotation as the 95 . Thats why I say it's like a over drive to the over drive . So ... Once the rotational mass is over come by the hp of cubic displacement .... Now you have a shredder . Give that thing a oversized jug and over size valves and fuel to feed that beast and hang on for dear life . That when you put the sticker on it don't ride faster than your guardian Angel can fly because he's going to need some high aspect ratio wings to keep up . I'm guessing with a 110 ish big bore and head work 120 hp plus and 130 torque . Hp and torque are one thing , gearing is another . All your final drive gearing comes based off the compensators numbers . It's the first gear in that chain of events . try putting a 32 to 34 on that 95 and watch it become a bit of a dog again but man you'll think you supercharged it because it will just climb in road speed all day long . Bet i got you all thinking now huh ? lol , What's a brother for , Amen ...?!!? lol If you guys decide to test that theory I would love to be a fly on the wall and see what those numbers do . That would be the most interesting thing i've seen in the HD world for years . Cheers guys loved it . This one was a eye opener .
Roughly the same build my bike made 95/110, on a carburetor road king with a bassani 2into1 and ness big sucker. Also dynatek ignition. You don’t need big cubes to have a fun bike! Thing doesn’t heat up like the bigger ci on hot summer days
Awesome build Tall. Got an 05 Softail Springer that runs good but, a ,95 inch kit would make it a real runner. Thought about S&S kit but, 95 sounds good. Thanks man.
Tall, I’m gonna find myself the right “king” to duplicate this build. The bike looks much better with the chrome wheels, in my humble opinion. Jim, all the way from Jackson, Michigan.
Should think about putting a 180 tire back there...would need a new rear fender and slight mod to rear caliper arm or go chain...just a thought for later...180 rear tire makes a difference in handling
Tall, PLEASE do more videos on your rebuild Power Road King. Come on bro, the people request that your bring that Blue Thunder out and show the world she mean business, please bro please 😢.
If you hit the all products bar a drop down has performance listed on the far left, open engine kits and you'll find twin cams. 95 muscle kit is $3900.
Any build that generates smiles like that, is a success! Keep Glidin' and King-in'
Big thanks to you Tall and the crew at Zippers. This has been a very interesting series! There are still a lot of us on Twin Cams out in the world. And it's good to get some Twin Cam love out there.
Hi from Australia 😊
Thank you for watching.
@@TravelingTall what a great video. Thanks for putting this up.
This is an awesome video, the smiles per mile throughout this video is great to see
Nothing like the sound of a Harley! That is a joyous sound ... that deep rumble I just love!!!
Dave Mackie built my twin cam super glide over 20 years ago and it made 105 tq and 100 hp its a 1999yr and 95ci so they been getting those numbers out of these bikes for years
Good numbers.
Yeah and with the lighter weight they are so much fun quick rev the 95s just come alive so fast you may park the street glide
Once again you knocked it out the park. Keep up the great videos. You show us some things we would like to do and experience but cannot. Awesome!!!
I have this same zippers 95 muscle kit in my heritage and it runs great ! You'll love it
It's not the same, but the power it's putting out could lead you to believe it is the same, without head porting, and a way smaller 511 cam
Thank you, Tall. You know about a year ago (after seeing your video) I contacted Zippers Maryland to install the same Zipper Cam you had on my 2020 Electra Glade. Beauty of a bike Tall and I can think of one simple name for her: Blue Beast
Really good numbers on both bikes! The smiles on your faces is priceless. 👍🏻👍🏻
MAN!!!! That Road King sounds great Tall. Enjoy my friend.
I saw this video when researching the zippers kit… looks like I’m sold. Just purchased the kit for my 05 King… goes to the shop next week for the build. Thanks for the feedback on this kit. Not many reviews on this kit!!!
Thanks, now I know what to look forward to for my 1999 Electra-Glide.
Love seeing your excitement. Thanks for sharing
That’s great numbers. My 2006 fxstsi is right under 100 ft. Torque as a 95”, stock heads that’s just been decked, bassani 2n1, Andrew 54 cam. Runs just great.
That will make Memphis a whole lot more fun to ride.
I am so happy for you, It's such a thrill!
That Twin Cam engine sounds as good as it gets. Enjoy it!
Awesome! I need to make a trip to zippers performance🔥
Thank you for video TALL Very informative and I'm definitely taking my 2001 Road King to Zippers Performance for the same kit.
Awesome stuff Tall. It was fun series to watch.
I’m happy for you my brother! Love it!
Commenting for the algorithm. Love the content!

Coming soon after I get a couple more things installed on it.

What all did you have done?
I'm thinking about doing my 88.
That’s an awesome amount of power and torque. I need to get my ‘05 Electra over to zippers for the same set up.
100 and 100 is amazing well worth the money.
That road king sounds awesome. Big cam lope. My buddy just got a 2004 roadking. He is thinking cams. I just had cyclorama 570-2 cams put in my 2012 streetglide. 98.7 h.p and 116 touque

@@TravelingTall Well, state how many hours it took so we could figure out the raping we'd get by our local shop.
You should call it Blue Magic!
Great name. Just look at how da power magically appeared.
Blue Bomber👊🏾 It would be nice if they serviced the public.🤔
That king looks good!
It's funny I live in Maryland not too far from zippers when I see people hit rt.1 you can tell they are smiling under their helmet 😄
Very cool Tall ride safe brother.😎

Lovin’ Memphis! That’s a sharp ride!
The grin says it all!
They both came out nice👍🏿
Thank you

That rolling shot of Memphis is 🔥🔥🔥.
Memphis is killin it!
Thank you

Great video. Leonard is a great sport. Professional experience.
Awesome build Tall. Got an 05 Softail Springer that runs good but, a ,95 inch kit would make it a real runner. Thought about S&S kit but, 95 sounds good. Thanks man.
That’s wats up I’m about to do a lil full 95 kit now I kinda knw wat to look forward to 💯💯
Fun video.
Nice episode brother, wish I could just get mine up and running again, doing a disabled vet, Moneys tight. I'll get it doen though
I think that road King 👑 is very fast and I subscribers
Awesome. Simply Awesome! Great. 👍
Sounds great!
Thank you
Do you have a list of parts installed? Love your video by the way. Glad I found your channel.
Love the videos I need to add some power to my 2011 street glide
Tall, I’m gonna find myself the right “king” to duplicate this build. The bike looks much better with the chrome wheels, in my humble opinion.

I have no doubt that things fast now but....I'll be surprised if it's real reliable.
Call it Blue Bayou.
You thinking about adding a dummy pipe for the look?
No,I don't like them.
Is there no break in period for these bikes after the Zippers build?
I understand the cost of parts, but what is the cost of labor ?
Wowwwww that’s just Woow lol! Definitely gonna have to look into a build like that
Great gains
Thank you
Nice work, great video.
Hey hey 👋🏾 Tall (AKA) Slim . I 👀 you Memphis sound and running hard nice numbers . Oh keep Memphis name ok . I’m out Rackem 👊🏾🙏🏾🤲🏾👏🏾🤏🏾💪🏾💯
I agree, it fits the bike.
Good deal love it!
Curious to know what these kits did to your highway MPG?
How many miles was on each of them at the time...
Wow 🏆🔥🔥🔥
What 95kit you go with?
As well what cams were installed?
Nice vid, not bad at all. What's next on it..
Suspension and seat.
Awesome video!
Nice 🔥
my 05 ultraclassic, 104hp 104tq
Tall, PLEASE do more videos on your rebuild Power Road King. Come on bro, the people request that your bring that Blue Thunder out and show the world she mean business, please bro please 😢.
I got 07 roadking cvo. My bro's 2021 114motor can't hang
That is ...awesome, what all did you do to it ?
Tall, I looked all over Zipper’s website and I don’t see any 95 inch builds for twin cams. What’s up with that ?
If you hit the all products bar a drop down has performance listed on the far left, open engine kits and you'll find twin cams.
95 muscle kit is $3900.
As a fan not a creator dyno doesn't show me any thing. Let's see it in action. I know a 103 that's available.
👍
Call bike bluetiful !
Next video can it be street glide versus road King
I think road King will win because maybe HP
where is that t-shirt you aint glidin you aint ridin?
It's crazy how much money you have to spend on Harley upgrades to make it run like a stock Yamaha.
You can say what you want but there ain't no twin cam sound better than when you have d&d boss fat cat exhaust on it.!!!
I mean I subscribe 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
My sportster made 90hp/90tq and my friends made 103hp/93tq. They will both beat stage 2 m8 117s.
Call her BB Tall. After BB King. Or Lucile
So a 103 RK would….
Would be a nice package because of the power to weight ratio.
I like Memphis
Ok then ride it
My 95ci was faster than a stock 103 it had ported polished heads 511cam
