I would consider upgrading if it was a lifetime licence, not just 3 years. Trying to force people to buy it every three years is appalling. You say it's not a subscription but it's just that, only not renewing automatically.
A few days ago i just upgraded for v. 2024 bundle, as I'm doing every 4 years since 2005. And now the v.2025 is out and valid for 3 years only? Simply - no. That's it. Done with Adobe. That company is dead horse anyway.
