So sad that this stuff doesn't get more views, honestly I wish him all the luck in the world... because unlike most other RUclipsrs he has actual skills... I honestly feel honored to watch you make stuff much love ♥️🇯🇵
Idiots on ticktock get millions of likes, then you have genuine talent, producing beautiful artwork, and you get barely anything. Ridiculous world we live in. Love your art work, my friend. 👍🏻👏🏻👊🏻🧡
To bad that the channel alowed just ONE like. You deserve a thousand .... The level of knowledge, 3 D vision, craftmanship, patience, steady-hand and commitment are beyond our imagination---as simple watcing people---that makes a simple piece of wood to look like so at the end of process.Congratulations ! RESPECT !!!🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
You make it look so easy I was like I got this!! Bwahahahahaha you should see the abomination. The wood chips were the best part. Just cant beat natural talent.
It's so skill! Buit, I was wonder why japanese woodcarver use sit on floor like this. Why no put wood on table? Would I feel thier back sore from bad pose.
Boxwood also called Lime wood. It doesn't grow very big, this why he pieces or glues things. It is both soft and hard and has a magnificent grain for detail and a lovely surface. The wood almost never cracks or shrinks. Was used in the West for religious carvings, too.

What kind of wood did you use for this piece? The grain is amazing. You are truly a master.
Thanks☺️ It’s Kiso Hinoki(Japanese cypresses).
@@JAPAN-WOODCARVING It is a beautiful carving wood. The grain reminds me of Chakte Viga.
Very nice
Thank you!!
Superb work, I would really like to know what species of wood you are using.

Cypress!

Buit, I was wonder why japanese woodcarver use sit on floor like this. Why no put wood on table? Would I feel thier back sore from bad pose.
Thank you!
I think it's because Japanese people are originally from the culture of sitting on the floor.
How wood you use ?
How long does it take to do something like that?
About one month!
