Pangzai took me to his workplace where he showed me how to roast an entire lamb. To repay him for his hospitality I cooked him crab rangoons and pizza so he could try them for the first time. Tune in for a fun day of feasting, drinking, sampling unique cow parts, and most importantly, FRIENDSHIP.

I've been rocking with Wonton Don since his Shanghai Sharks fandom days so this video popping up on my feed has been a pleasant surprise after I thought for sure he was dead by now.

The Chinese are so far ahead of us in mobile meat delivery.
They probably need less permits to run a business like that in China. Here in America there a lot of permits you would need to pay for monthly to deliver food like that. Otherwise a lot of people would put bbq pits in trucks like that to go around and sell meat.
This kind of set-up was not uncommon when i was growing up in North Carolina in the late 90s - we would have whole hog for neighborhood block parties out of trailers just like this.
