i was trying to figure out what this story was about, since GG songs like this usually tell the story of multiple characters, much like how Freesia is vey likely about Sol's feelings towards Aria at the time I thought it was about Dizzy, given that it was added with her, but i couldnt pinpoint who else it might be. I thought "May Sol? or Testament? Johnny or Ky wouldnt make much sense..." and then it hit me I am 90% sure this song is about Baiken and Delilah, specifically the scene between the two in Another Story where Delilah is following Baiken (at a distance) because she wishes to kill That Man as well, to get revenge for her brother. I could be wrong, and I could be adding my own implications to the song since those two matter a lot to me, but I feel pretty confident in my assumption. I hope we get official lyrics soon

after listening again i think this song is about dizzy as a person she is caring so the name shelter from the rain could be her power making shelter for the dog from the rain but this is just my opinion ofor this song it could have more explaination,i guess
