Are you just replacing screen glass on this video? My laptop works on the 2nd screen when I connect it but doesn't work at all alone, screen is just black so I'm guessing cable connection issue inside of the monitor, but I don't know how to fix it.
My screen is cracked.. touch screen only. I got your replacement but couldnt get it off... got scared and left it alone. Laptop works fine. It is just that two corners are crumbled and the long cracks cross the screen. How can i fix it. Do i need a heating tool to make it easier... ? And what kind if adhesive tape would i need to put back together?
Hi Vanessa, I also have the same model and broken my screen and dont know if I can replace it myself or not by ordering a new LCD screen from Aliexpress. Did you solve your problem?
