Man, you're gonna love the spod. They're awesome, make things so simple. We use them in the off-road world. They're super durable. Excellent choice. I believe they make a Bluetooth piece where you could control it with your iPad.

Are there insurance companies that will insure these types of builds? I'm sure it'd suck if someone's build caught on fire and destroyed everything or if you get in an accident or if the car gets stolen, etc.

500 watts should not be harming your car's electrical system. What car is this and what year was it produced? Also, the big three upgrade can be easily done by yourself, as opposed to paying a shop.

Jp..... I saw on your web site that you have a "starter kit" with two 12 inch. My question is can someone get two 10's instead? Room is the issue.
If space is your issue you could go with a single 12 instead.

I can't believe anyone would spend 3k$ on 600wh of lithium cells.!! Wtf!!! Prices are down to around 150-200$ for 1000wh's. or even cheaper if you used crashed electric car batteries, prices are around 100$ a kWh.. so that pack should cost around 60-80$ for 600wh's, not 3k$.!!
