Driving The 2023 Nissan Z at The Tail of The Dragon! How Good is The NEW Z?!

👋 The all new 2023 Nissan Z Performance is a fun to drive sportscar. But is it good enough to handle the iconic road Tail of The Dragon? The Tail of The Dragon is a very twisty 11 mile road with over 300 turns in the mountains of Tennessee and North Carolina. We drive the new 2023 Nissan Z Performance equipped with the manual transmission on the road and see how god it was! This was actually our first drive ever on this road since we've never been here before. So it was cool to break in our first experience on the Dragon in the new Z! It was about 30 degrees to start the day so traction was certainly a concern. Z handled very well in the cold and we had good grip. The power is seamless in the Z and you have no shortage of acceleration. The Dragon is a very curvy road and the Z is pretty good in the turns. It does feel a bit big in the stock form, so I think a set of coilers will help shrink the car with a lower center of gravity and firmer ride. But it caries the weight well and truly is a planted car. I'm excited to buy the Z and upgrade the car. I think the Z is a great car for people who want to upgrade it and turn the Z into something specific. The new Z seems like a good platform with everything needed to create and even better car. Very fun rowing through the gears in the manual transmission in the 2023 Nissan Z. Great car on the dragon and really is a good car out of the gate that craves upgrades from the owners.
