@@ratedvfood out of curiosity…have you been to Planta or Planta Queen…they have an eggplant sushi roll that is out of control good…Im sure you’ve heard of Planta or been there
OMG so happy you spent time in Taiwan. I've been there twice (last time this summer!) My favorite way to have stinky tofu is deep-fried with cabbage pickles and hot chili sauce on the side. The quality of tofu in general there is just off the charts. I even had tofu tikka masala from an Indian restaurant last time, and the tofu was just so custardy and soft. Delicious 😍
I _loove_ eggplant. I haven't tried much near home but ChuMinh's hot bar eggplant during peak hours is so silky smooth delicious. Beans in desserts is so underrated; love it!
I've only been to Taipei International Airport [TPE] and remember having easy vegan options. I read that Taiwan has some of the best vegan options in the world. I'm hoping within the next couple years to have a full scale vacation there. Thank you for thsi video, and hope that you cover other cities in the country apart from Taipei.
Thank you for the video (liking this WAY more than the shorts). This Vlog was great - thanks for review...looked so so yummy:) Hope to see more videos.
Thank you glad you liked it. Just fyi if I am putting out more shorts it’s because it’s also to promote the channel and I needed time to create more long form content which takes 10x more time to edit / create so thanks for your patience but just know that’s why :)
Great visuals and thanks for showing us everything. But pleeeeeease describe the taste of all the foods you show. For example, the blackish/coffee bun, you showed us but didn’t describe it or even what it “tastes like”…there were a lot of these non-described foods in this video which is different from a bunch of your other videos that we’ve enjoyed (such as your LA food tour). Thanks again for showing us all this!
Thanks for your support and watching all the videos but filming can sometimes be very exhausting and time consuming. From an editing standpoint I also like to diversify the style. If everything had a reaction / taste test it would be too long for my liking. Please understand I do my best.
@@rogemillecastillo3183 Well tbh it depends, if you’re in a survival scenario, eating humans is also not animal cruelty. If you aren’t, then it is 100% animal cruelty. I’m a vegetarian but I would eat a human, dog, pig, anything if it were for survival scenario.
In Taiwan, many embrace vegetarianism due to religious beliefs, particularly in Buddhism. This choice often extends to influencing their children to adopt a vegetarian lifestyle, resulting in a significant portion of the population following vegetarian diets, leading to a proliferation of vegetarian restaurants.
I love what you do…exposing people to all types of vegan food…I love seeing the artistry of all the different types of restaurants
Thank you so much for watching !!

@pmaster1173 Well, that's your opinion. You probably need a psychiatrist, but that's my opinion, too. 🤷♂️
Yes, 100,% you like it or not
i can guarantee none of those foods were actually vegan.
Can you link us to the investigative report you made or are you just another moron that makes things up?
@belltowndaisy not a dig on vegan food. i just doubt that taiwan is actually sensitive to things like this.
