I love that Conrad, Doctor and Frances get paid thousands of dollars every hour. I was guessing that they got paid a lot with how far they took their shenanigans, but I didn't think it would be confirmed.
I will say though, It would have been funny if they got paid a normal salary and were just like this because they were drama students.
Honestly, for thousands an hour I would definitely be fine with almost crashing a food truck and shooting RPGs at other food trucks.

It looks like it was actually foreshadowed a bit too. In the intro, Doctor and Frances’ houses look very nice compared to what look like pretty normal apartments for the main cast.

I just noticed that Billie is the only one whose name Steve gets right, even though they all wear name tags. He called Penny "Peggy" and Tim "Toby" but with Billie he just... remembers. It's strange but definitely very funny. Imagine if your boss got everyone's name wrong except the teenage new hire.

Conrad's such a champ. I love his simple style. Guy lifts and makes burgers and shoots a cannon. That's what he does. And apparently watches Cesare more closely than anybody else.
I feel like Conrad is just a wholesome Chad who knows something is off about Cesare but is just kinda letting dude live his life without questioning it.

The voice actors continue to knock it out of the park. Chris Fleming obviously has such fantastic comical supervillain energy, but everyone else puts so much personality onto their roles. Really brings this series to life and one of the main reasons I love it so much!

I love how cesare gets louder the more stressed or excited he is. He was genuinely quiet and courteous when listening to the Burger Science man but got stressed because of Doctor.
Really love seeing Frances and Conrad talk casually with the Big Top gang, the switch from trying to practically kill them while they're working is such a fun change and it really brings out their personalities.
I mean, if I was being paid thousands of dollars on the hour I'd be the most god damn convincing, theatrical rival I can be while on the clock.

something that cracks me up about this video is that the burger panel guy's voice somehow resonates at such a specific frequency that my phone plays almost no sound at all when he talks. This isn't an issue with any other devices. Every time I watch this on my phone I forget and the video opens with quiet gargling. I lose my shit

sound engineer here, its because the audio is doubled and playing almost 100% to the left in one track and almost 100% to the right on the other. So, listening in stereo you hear it twice and it sounds enveloping and wide, but hearing it in mono both sounds get combined and cancel each other almost perfectly

I am a simple man. I see Featureman greeting his clones in the audience by saying that he notices some “familiar faces,” I burst out into an uncontrollable giggling fit. Bigtop Burger remains one of the funniest and most conceptually original creations to ever come from the foul, foul depths of this despicable website, and I mean that as a genuine compliment. Wonderful work as always.

I find it really interesting that while Tim in most of the first season tends to be a really observant person, he seems to be 100% oblivious to Steve having any trouble with Cesare's gifts... This show is really good at offering a lot of character development through subtle details.

As someone whos grown up with youtube from 2007 to current time, This is quite possibly my favourite series on youtube by far.
I love the idea that Steve could easily just “weird” out of his predicament but doesn’t want to seem rude so he just bares it.
Steve is a true actor at heart. He can’t force himself to not commit to a bot. The story demands thus the story shall get.

I just adore the casual interactions of the two crews, they're even sitting together and chatting during the panel. Fantastic vocal performances all around as always, the standout for me this time was Ayo as Frances, having the arguably spookiest appearance but the friendliest bubbly voice was wonderful. Just amazing work as always dude!
I would take Frances out to a nice paella dinner, and even call her the next morning.
Her animation at 2:20 is too cute!

Watching this back again after the rest of the season, I love how you can see all the little clues about Ceaser. He doesn't eat food becuase he's a zombie, he needs the rest of the crew to be in costume so he can blend in, and the money probably comes from whatever undead organization he's a part of.

RUclipsr Chris Fleming is a flowing river of “angry witticisms” and is therefore a wise choice to play the “evil” Cesare in these. His hilarious series (Gayle) is so filled with vitriol that i eventually had to stop watching it… he’s relentless… Chris knows “evil” all too well! 😆

A nice detail I like when it comes to the Zomburger gang is that, while the workers have very complex costumes along with lots of makeup and stitches, Cesare isn't that much different from the normal humans in the show, but he clearly looks decayed and/or unhealthy. Its a pretty nice hint to him being a zombie (or a different undead creature, although he's most likely a zombie) before we even know the characters' names.

Pretty sure it was a joke cause they saw another truck selling guitars a little earlier so he thought non-food was normal to sell from food trucks, Buuuut. It does beg the question: do they just eat rocks for funsies?

who knows where he gets the money thats from the hole in the ground. hes paying his workers 1k/hour, 600 dollars per magic kettlebell is probably cheap to him
