THOUGHTS (I’m sure they’ll be many) 😂 quite honestly, I’m doing this for me - and I know some people may not vibe with this way of life - but I feel like I’m in a good position now to improve my physical strength more than ever + im proud of that 🤍
So proud of you, you are so strong. ED’s are so difficult to recover from and the fact that you’re at that point where you want and can start bulking is so inspiring. I know for a fact you’re helping so many people with your openness about the situation. So so proud ❤
I can’t even begin to explain how much mental effort it took to get to this stage butttt it’s amazing on this side of life to fully enjoy food and embrace my body at all stages 💘💘 Thankyou for watching Rachael xxx
You sound like you're in a very different place now compared to a few years ago and you've grown so much mentally and physically I can't wait to see where this takes you - plus you have wonderful support from your family, bf and us! You can do this Girl !!
I loved this video so much Leila!! After recovering from an eating disorder after 20 years, I can really appreciate the work you’ve put into your relationship with food and your body. It’s incredible, amazing and so inspiring! I’m also on a weight gain journey and I just want to be strong and not the leanest bean anymore! 😅🤗💪 sending you so much love and support from Hollywood!!! I’ve been loving all of your recipe and meal ideas too. Keep being awesome girl!!!! ❤️🫶💕💕💕💕
A fantastic bulking Q&A video Leila and well done for overcoming the ED and having a good relationship with food now. Love 🥰 the video and love 💕 Leila.
Love this video and so glad you said that bloating isn't normal all the time as it really isn't and I hate that social media "normalises it" I've had gut issues the past 9 years finally got diagnosed with SIBO as well as other pelvic and conditions so it's very important that people know it is not always normal to bloat xx
My past work as a radiographer - I’m quite familiar with un normal bloating - and certain posts I see that normalises it may just be miss informed so I really wanted to get that point accords! 🫶🏼 sending all the love Charlotte
What’s your approach with rest days? I’ve seen many people on a bulk on the internet drastically drop their caloric intake on those days and i was wondering if you still eat the same amount as training days or maybe eat intuitively? You look lovely btw and Armando sounds like a real keeper xoxo
I won’t be dropping my kcals on any day! Your bod needs just as much kcals to rest, recover and process alll the other amazing human functions it does on an everyday basis 💘 Armando has my heart forever + he knows it 🥹
22:26 here you spoke about sometimes not wanting to know what the calories are so you can just enjoy your meal. Does this mean calories are still a trigger for you? P.s, im so here for the bulk, can't wait for more yummy food reels
I'm focusing on building a healthier relationship with food but still have triggers which I have to work really hard to try to avoid eg tracking calories. Do you still have any triggers? Just wondering if mine will ever go away or if it's just an ongoing process x
Hey girl!! They definitely will! + I completely understand!! I genuinely have no triggers!! I can tell you it’s not an overnight process and it does take a lot of time to work on 🤍 but put your mental health first, that’s the priority- everything else will follow, I promise x
Why do you think you shouldn’t bulk unless you track your food? And love your honesty hehe and please go through your wardrobe ;) Vinted is very good ahha just saying ahah xxx
It’s of course and definitely not the only way!! But for me personally I know it’s the most easiest way lovely 🤍✨ I know I’m in a good mindset to be able to do it this way but that might not be the same for others and that’s okay 🫶🏼
