      At high RPM cause we learnt nothing from it as I see individuals attempting to restart the civil war. I know all too well how civil war 2 will be fought and will look like. I quit carrying a gun a year or so ago cause of rage issues. I only hope that I’m never forced to pick it up again

    My favorite scene from this absolutely incredible movie. Sums up perfectly what the Union was fighting for and why they were the good guys in this war.
    States rights, self-determination, and economic sovereignty are essential, but none of these top the importance of eliminating the evil of slavery.

    That Scene was Brilliant. And Coincidentally Thirty Year's Ago, when Buster & Chamberlain finished Speaking. I then had also wept Bucket's of Tear's, because of it's pulling at My Heart's String's then as well. Thank You for Sharing.

    God and Country are two important traditions to many men if not all!
    He then remembers his boyhood home, reciting the “What a piece of work is man!” speech from Shakespeare’s Hamlet, which includes the line, “[I]n action, how like an angel!” He recalls how his father replied, “Well, boy, if he’s an angel, he’s sure a murderin’ angel.” The young Chamberlain then gave a class speech entitled “Man, the Killer Angel.”
    Know your History!
    Diversity Equity and Inclusion.
    Language can be manipulated to give this novel a whole complete meaning.

    A very well scripted scene; although I'm sure these sentiments were proven in not so many words. The greatness of Col. Chamberlain and Sgt. Kilrain is extolled by the sword. God Bless the souls lost in these major moments in history. People these days are a bunch of narcissists that don't have a real belief in anything

      @@thelton100 i beg a differ. a lot of folks want tradionalism back in the USA...because the liberal ideology doesn't work. If it truly worked then California wouldn't be a sinking ship and our freedoms wouldn't be dwindling. People on the left have no idea what the "other side" are standing for and get called white supremacist for it! We want freedom and morals back! And we want greed gone!

    • @jessewright2319
      @jessewright2319 2 года назад

      @@Warhawknm Greed gone? Just when I think you people can't get any less self aware, you always top yourselves. Selfishness and greed are the cornerstones of conservatism. So is a longing for the mythical "good old days" before "Marxists," homosexuals, immigrants, atheists, and anyone else who isn't a white Protestant "ruined" society. The facists of the 1930s also pinned for a return to "traditional society." You're no different, and, ironically, you are the type of person whom Chamberlain was fighting during the Civil War.
      FYI, if California was a separate country, it would have the 5th largest economy in the world. Right-wing goons like yourself think bringing it up will taken away from the Third World nightmares that are "red states"; the red states which have the highest rates of violent crime, divorce, poverty, STDs, etc. in the country and which are subsidized by federal taxes from the "blue states."
