Great slide lesson. Not many CBG Slide players, even pros, mute and play slide the "correct" way.
Perfection is the enemy of "good".My instrument cost $12. I don't care about the "correct" way, only the good and fun way.
I play mine more like how I played my lap dobro. There are no metal frets anyway. But I can hammer out some fast and technical stuff this way too.
Do you think it would be possible to play slide with the slide over my middle finger which was cut off just above the middle knuckle when I was a baby?
