An affidavit, is just a sworn oath that what you say is true, that is literally it, it's not actually really evidence of anything, it could be but it doesn't always have to be. On it's own an affidavit is NOT evidence of wrongdoing. You could write on an affidavit, "I saw them scanning thousands of votes and the votes they scanned, I didn't see them check the signatures on!" This could very much be a true statement, but it doesn't actually mean anything on it's own or even prove any wrong doing at all. An affidavit can be a completely true statement but still not show any actual wrong doing. So having 1000+ affidavits, yes, doesn't actually mean much of anything if you can't prove they show evidence of wrong doing. Either with other corroborating evidence OR the witness who made the affidavit, being cross examined by the opposition to determine truthfulness, reliability and believability of that witness's statement.

The reason why conservatives often don't do as well in debates isn't because they're dumb or wrong, it's because they're often conspiracy theorists, and their paradigm is radically different from the normie mainstream worldview, which the debate naturally defaults to. So their arguments don't always make sense in the official paradigm that a debate automatically exists in, but in their paradigm it makes perfect sense. This is getting annoying with all this affidavit talk. An affidavit talk is simply a legal statement made by a individual or group affidavit. Affidavit are usual used when someone (be it the person writing the affidavit or another party ) wishes to rely on information on the affidavit in a legal/contractual setting. A person can only get it trouble in terms of perjury in mainly two situations. 1) when someone relies on the information in the affidavit and it is found to be false.The person that relied on that information can then bring charges against the person who made the affidavit for damages. 2) if the affidavit was used in court of law or legal hearing and it is found to blatant lying. Even then is must be shown that the person who wrote/signed the affidavit knew that they were lying and had intention to deceive. SO YEAH. Anyone can write an affidavit and not get charged for perjury. The only way would be for most the people who wrote the affidavits could get it trouble would be for trump/giuliani legal team to them to court for lying on an affidavit. Or in court prove that they there were maliciously lying to the court. Also most affidavit perjury cases are dealt as a civil matter. It only become criminal if there harm that resulted from the affidavit. so you wont be going to jail for lying on affidavit.

The reason why conservatives often don't do as well in debates isn't because they're dumb or wrong, it's because they're often conspiracy theorists, and their paradigm is radically different from the normie mainstream worldview, which the debate naturally defaults to. So their arguments don't always make sense in the official paradigm that a debate automatically exists in, but in their paradigm it makes perfect sense. Therefore it's pointless to debate on anything other than conspiracy theories, thus establishing what the proper paradigm should be before continuing the debate.

Persuasion requires listening, and that means letting him run with his material to see where it goes. We too often present ourselves as opponents to Conservatives, which means their guard goes up. This is getting annoying with all this affidavit talk. An affidavit talk is simply a legal statement made by a individual or group affidavit. Affidavit are usual used when someone (be it the person writing the affidavit or another party ) wishes to rely on information on the affidavit in a legal/contractual setting. A person can only get it trouble in terms of perjury in mainly two situations.
1) when someone relies on the information in the affidavit and it is found to be false.The person that relied on that information can then bring charges against the person who made the affidavit for damages.
2) if the affidavit was used in court of law or legal hearing and it is found to blatant lying. Even then is must be shown that the person who wrote/signed the affidavit knew that they were lying and had intention to deceive.
SO YEAH. Anyone can write an affidavit and not get charged for perjury. The only way would be for most the people who wrote the affidavits could get it trouble would be for trump/giuliani legal team to them to court for lying on an affidavit. Or in court prove that they there were maliciously lying to the court. Also most affidavit perjury cases are dealt as a civil matter. It only become criminal if there harm that resulted from the affidavit. so you wont be going to jail for lying on affidavit.
