Yes, that price difference is real, but the performance difference is far greater. The Alcon kit is in a different league for the G8X platform over the AP. The AP kit is the same system they've been using for years all the way back to the E9X. We could have certainly taken the Alcon E9x kit and just upfit it for the G8X, but that would result in marginal performance gains over the stock system - which is very robust and performs extremely well. We chose to design a NEW system using their latest designs from GT3 cars which also results in TWICE the weight reduction of the AP kit - ~20lbs for the AP vs. 40lbs loss on the Alcon. Kind of apples to oranges even though on the surface it looks like a direct comparison - but the added value is certainly there to justify the higher price of the Alcon.

7800$ for that is crazy.. to compete with AP racing you would have to go 4800-5500. I am not saying product is bad but pricing is way off
