How to cook with Nduja

  • If you're looking for a great unique dish try the Shrimp with Nduja.
    Nduja is a spreadable pork sausage from the Calabria region of Italy, not hot but loaded with spices for a wonderful taste.
    Here’s how to make it,
    In a low chef’s pan pour a glug of olive oil to coat the bottom. Toss in 3 cloves of crushed garlic and brown. To that add 2 TSP of Nduja and let it melt down. Once nduja melts, add your choice of tomatoes. For this dish I combined about 28 oz tomatoes. Cook for 15 minutes then add 1 pound of your cleaned shrimp. Season with salt, pepper and basil. Toss with pre cooked pasta and server.
